Former student reached out to the high school its self and was transferred to Talia B. She sent a standard robot email after telling him that they could not get a copy of his high school diploma. But he could request a transcript. Had a hard time requesting transcripts was told to go to the website of the school and fill out a requeat form. Asked for more information on the transcrip request and if all required tasks where being completed correctly. Talia B. Was of little help until told all her emails would be forwarded to the superintendent. Then she helped the student it took her 30 minutes to get him information he was trying to get from her for three weeks. Also asked her for her supervisors name but was never sent it or their contact info.

They wont stop calling me after you clearly press 5 to stop receiving theyre harassing phone calls even if I ignore theyre calls they call back with an anonymous caller ID. Acting like debt collectors.
