The waiting process is too long to see a doctor. As a new member I checked in at 920am and I am still waiting at 1040a.

The waiting was real long .and I only got to see the doctor for five minutes ..I had an appointment at 11 but I didnt see the doctor until 12:30 . Whats the point of the appointment ?

They are so unprofessional! They make you wait almost 2 HOURS after scheduling for an appointment! They are ridiculous! Maybe this is the reason why they play a movie at the waiting room!

They are always diligent and Dr. Terry is awesome. He has been my childrens primary care physician for some years now and is excellent. The nurse staff go above and beyond your expectations and clerical is always excited to greet you and know you by name. I highly recommend this facility over the other miles square locations.

They provide quick but also patient service

Love the amount of time I save by going here other then my old kids pediatric.

All of the staff, doctors, and nurses are efficient and friendly. It is a very pleasant environment.
