This school is a joke and will waste your time and will not help you. They waited two weeks after my completion date to tell me I didn’t pass a mod and that I couldn’t take it til next year I should’ve listened in the beginning when a advisor said“Don’t do it” and that she’s warming me!!!! What a complete scam.

DA Student and the Dental Assisting program has been such an amazing experience. DA Instructor really goes above and beyond, to ensure knowledge is retained. ALL faculty TRULY cares, and they all show it. They want to see everyone succeed and that meant a lot. Empathetic, yet still professional. This whole program has been the best decision of my life!

My girlfriend went here and they never contact her about anything she was even supposed to get scrubs from here and they never gave her those or her lab coat

I love Ross so much. I have learned so many cool procedures and techniques. The instructors were great, they always went over and beyond for me. And, encouraged and supported me. I would recommend Ross to anyone looking to start a new career.

My overall experience was great I love my class and all the staff here at Ross. My time here at Ross Ive learned more than just how to become a Dental Assistant but they taught me to enjoy life in every move that I make. Ross will forever be more than just a place to learn...Here to me was like my second home. :-) :-) :-)

I had a very rough but interesting journey at Ross Medical but i would like to give a special thanks to my Campus Directer Ms. Jay and my Teacher Mrs. B. for believing in me and helping me pull through, they definitely checked on me often and gave lots of encouraging words that help me to the finish line! Most importantly I want to say thank you to Mrs. Theresa, she was the first person I met and everyday I came in she gave me a smiling hello and a smiling good bye and that kept me looking forward to coming everyday! If I had one thing to say that was bad it would have to be that my class was right next to the break room and other classes had no respect to keep an inside voice. Overall Im going to miss them all and especially my classmates!

This place is a joke. So is the Dayton campus. There is only a few staff members that genuinely care about you and your success.You cant speak your mind, dont bother asking questions (youll be ignored), and they change due dates and dont let you know.Some instructors are unprofessional and immature.The two instructors I absolutely love and deserve recognition is Chris Williams from the Dayton Campus and Ron Wynn from the Cincinnati Campus. Those two are very intelligent in this field and really care about their students.Just trying to get through and graduate, but do not recommend because there is more bad than good at this school.

I have really enjoyed my time here. I have met some amazing people that I plan to stay in contact with. As well as some super instructors that were always ready to help answer any questions I may have.

Being at Ross has been a great experience for me. It has helped me to enhance the skills I already know from my work experience and also has taught new things.

I can honestly say I know I will always have a job in the medical field thanks to Ross! The courses are educational and fun, all of the teachers we had were phenomenal, even though we had multiple in one course, they all made a huge impact and were there for us in and outside of the class. The staff are like family. From helping with homework, or talking when you need too or just needing an arm to practice injections or blood draws, someone was always there. The staff treated you like family; Pushed you when you needed it, gave you power talks when you wanted to give up and excellent role models. I would recommend Ross Medical Education Center to anyone.

The staff and instructors have been really friendly and helpful throughout my time here. They really care and I appreciate them for trying hard to keep me on track and become successful.

I was a student in the morning dental assisting program. Ms. Banks, my instructor, did an amazing job at helping me learn and understand all of the new skills that I needed to know to be successful in the dental field. I felt cared for by Ms Banks and the career service members who helped me get my externship. However, the only downfall was that the upper management seemed to not be as aware of how big of an asset Ms Banks is to her class, given she does so much work on her students and takes on so many other tasks in the school. I had a great experience and will refer anyone to Ross Medical Education Centers morning dental assistant program who is looking to start a new career.

It was good, i think the administrative people need to be more understanding that most people have to work full time to be able to afford to come her so we might need some extra time for certain things. but nothing went wrong all was good.

Its rewarding to be in this institution. I give thanks to God for making me choose ROSS. Tutors are smart and professional just as everything is standard here.

Ross education center is a great school to go to, I had two amazing teachers who always answer every question I have and are willing to help in any way possible. Both of my teachers are Dental assistants full time so they not only teach but dental assistant is their daily job. So that does help when you have a question because they can tell you in their experience what they do in their jobs. If it wasnt for my teachers I dont know where I would be today.

I loved meeting new people ive became friends with them. its a good hands on school if your looking for that. it is very strict school over crazy things.

Ross is a good hands on school for people who like hands on learning. overall the teachers are nice the school is very strict but its for learning purposes only the teaching go by very fast so this school is not for you if you not fast pace learner .

I have had an amazing learning experience at ross medical education center. I received great hands on training in clinical and great training in admin. my instructors were helpful as well as the other staff.

I loved my instructor Ms.Banks, she always went out of her way to help me and other students in the class. I think she is one of the best instructors here. But i feel like my education was taken away at some points because there were so many students in the class and she never received the help she needed to accommodate such a large class. I struggled at first but she went out of her way to help me and i started getting As on my exams if it wasnt for her i wouldnt be were i am today.

I went here to become a medical assistant and it was awesome. Teachers are great and they help out a lot. I wish I could go back and do it all over again

This school is very hands on. The curriculum is taught at a very fast pace and the teachers are there with you every step of the way to help you. I would defiantly recommend this school to a friend.

Great school for Dental assisting but just like any other place there are some not so good aspects but overall, great school and very hands on.

ROSS MEDICAL EDUCATION CENTER WAS A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND GREAT HANDS ON TRAINING.

I loved my instructor, Ms. Banks, and my education was amazing. But I didnt feel the director really cared about students or our education. He made it difficult for our instructor to do her job to educate us at her best ability. Ms. Banks is absolutely wonderful, she has many years of experience, really knows what shes doing and what shes talking about, she cares about her students who apply themselves and really show that they want this. Career services at Ross are wonderful people who go the extra mile to makes sure you get the extern site that you will fit in the best and have the opportunity to be hired on. I just feel like the leadership here is lacking, a director of campus should go above and beyond for his staff and his students, he should not hinder his students learning. I feel our director was more focused on how many likes we got on instagram than how many students were able to take and pass proficiencies Overall my experience at this school was wonderful, I wouldnt ever take it back. Just some changes need to be made.

Ross Medical is a great place to attend! You are taught the skills to better your career and your life.

I have had a great experience at Ross. I have learned so many new things and met so many great people. Im glad that I made the decision to attend this amazing school.

Since attending Ross it has been a up and down roller coaster since Ms. Banks left. My instructor has made it heard to learn by delegating her duties to the next student to model examples for me. My past instructor allows the oldest student in the class to delegate rules to other students ultimately resulting in conflict. Going to the authority of the school is no better. They play hot potato with whose job it is to solve the conflicts that arise in the classroom. Career services have probably been the most helpful throughout the program. Ms. Conrad and Ms. Banks probably have been the best things to happen to Ross.

I would definitely recommend Ross because the instructors and the campus director are really there for you and they want to see everyone succeed.

Ross is a great place to go to get your MA certificate. Between Theresa who welcomes you here, to Mr. Layfield the administrator and the teachers, you feel like you matter. And Mike and Christin work so hard to make sure you get the externship that you want and will fit for you. I highly recommend coming here.

Ross is an excellent school for the Medical Assisting Program. I have learned so much and there is a lot of hands on experience!

Im in the Medical Assistant program and I have to say its amazing and fast pace but you learn a lot and everyday your doing something new and the teachers are wonderful they help you and the classes arent big so its more one on one then them bigger colleges

The staff is very helpful in a way that they make sure you have the necessary information to succeed in your program. They are very uplifting and positive.

The school is okay. I wouldve liked more order to the system of homework and tests. A lot of the homework doesnt align with the tests that are coming up-content wise. It gets frustrating but I liked the teachers.

Loved all my classmates, it went by faster than i thought but, the school was not very good at keeping their teachers.

This school was very very disorganized and very unprofessional. They DO NOT help you find a job when you leave, instructors missed class very often, and there were always fights going on in class and admin did nothing. very strict on attendance, even if we didnt have an instructor to teach us anything we had to stay. very unorganized and unprofessional. do not waste your money!!!!!
