My experience has been one of the worst experiences ever dealing with this staff. Their very disrespectful, they have no empathy and do not know how to effectively communicate with their parents. I always here great things about this school district but Im just honestly not seeing the great customer service. In the middle of a conversation with the food service department I was told shhhh! By a woman name Janice chapman and was totally disrespected by the secretary for enrollment! I talked to pauletta Crowley thinking that she would be empathetic to the situation and of course not she was so unconcerned about her staffs action and basically told me she would not follow up with me anout the issues that had arose! I am very displeased and would never recommend this school district (unfortunately this is the only place children can be enrolled) solely based off the staffs behavior and in capabilities to communicate. On the other hand the preschool department was lovely!
