My granddaughter has been in the child focus program for a year and a half. The program is fantastic. The teachers are Dedicated and do a GREAT job.

I would not recommend this place. It was a waste of time for me and my son and ended up costing us $700 because their billing department is incompetent and waited 5 months to bill my insurance instead of doing it immediately at his first appointment like they said they would. I asked every appointment if I owed anything and I was told every time that I didn’t owe anything and then 5 months later I received a bill for $700. They say their motto is “where we make the difference” but I was less than satisfied.

We used this program for before and after school and was not impressed. There was no security when dropping of or picking up our child and most of the time they would send a student to open the door, how do they know who to let in the building. Also, the billing issues where a joke. The lady in charge, Theresa Felinger, hardly ever called back to resolve issue. It is convenient but that is about it.

It initially has a bit of a wait-list, especially if you need psychiatry services, but its worth the wait. They offer family centered care and a variety of services are available to meet the needs of different children and their families. Most of my interactions with Child Focus have been positive. My only grief is related to contacting doctors outside of appointments.

I believe the counseling my daughter receives is a great benefit to her. My issue is that there is a nurse Yvonne working there that is so very rude! She is NOT a people person at all. She is very short mannered with children. I have bit my tongue many times but can no longer do that. You have no place working with children at all if you cant even give a child a smile let alonebe nice at all to them.the nurse her self is the sole reason for only 3 stars.

We are very pleased with Child Focus over the last year with our foster preschooler. She came to us last year at 4 years old not knowing a single letter, number or color. Her speech was largely unintelligible.She now knows everything she should for a little girl entering kindergarten. Her speech is slowly improving. Preschool at CF has been a blessing!

Happy with child Focus teachers are amazing and staff are also nice my two children are going there and they are happy.

Dont ever enroll your child for school in child focus. My 5 year old is finishing his last year there. In November 2017, he only went to school for half of the month because the school was always closed. They never have bus service. One time they couldnt go to school because of a flat tire. I guess they have no mechanics. Its a pathetic excuse for a school and I pray that no one else is dumb enough to send their kids there.

I loved the staff it was a great school to prep for kindergarten . i had 2 kids in this locatiion for 2 years .. big shout out to ms.stacey and ms.sherri and pam . the all day class i didnt care to much for the teachers but once i switched them back over to half days i had no problems i highly reccomand this school for anyone trying to start their littlest in school .. they make sure they are K ready before graduating

I have been truly blessed with finding Child Focus. We moved down to the Cincinnati area in July 2014. I was able to put 2 of my 3 grandchildren in preschool classes. My girls learned a lot from going to the school. The teachers were very positive and considerate to the kids needs.I have a 3rd child that is home schooled since he is under 3 and the teacher we have for home school is amazing with him. He loves when she comes for her visit. He counts to 13 by himself and knows his colors and shapes. Thank you Child Focus for teaching my grandkids and preparing them for kindergarten.

My family has used Child Focus for three reasons.We were licensed Foster Parents for 4 years. We had a great experience with the staff and the support of the agency. Being a Foster Parent was only possible with the love and support of Child Focus. Their training programs completely met the requirements and prepared us for the challenges that came with being a Foster Parent in Clermont and Hamilton Counties.My family has also used the Mental Health services at Child Focus. We used the services for both our Foster Children and one of our own Biological Children. We were able to find just the right therapist for my child for her on going treatment. Our Foster Children used the services to get support when things were tough for them.We also used the Head Start program at Child Focus. I had Foster Children use the program to get them the educational support that they needed, when their needs were great. For many of these young kids, they were behind in their learning and the program helped to get them caught up. We even used home services to help with speech with a child that was behind.Over all we have had many positive experiences with Child Focus. I support what they do and the professional way in which they handle their practices.

I first entered my daughter into the Child Focus program two years ago as a preschooler. She not only suffered from speech issues, but feeding issues as well. The staff developed a plan for the next couple years of preschool, which helped my daughter thrive within the social environment of her peers. They also helped me get her an IEP within the West Clermont School District, so that I could ensure that her speech was still worked on as she moved through elementary school. My daughter graduated from preschool last year, but as a kindergartener she is still part of Child Focus by being part of their K-Plus program. I do not think my daughter or our family would have been as prepared for kindergarten if it had not been for Child Focus. We participated in numerous events and became part of the community. Now my youngest child is now involved in the Early Head Start side of Child Focus and he is thriving for being only 9 months! His progress amazes me! I will be enrolling him in their preschool program once he is of age. I look forward to being apart of Child Focus for a long time because they have made such a difference in the lives of my children. I would recommend their program to any family looking to become a part of the community!

They were ok, my daughter used them for a while but i never saw any changes

Had a horrible experience with them, they came to my home (with me asking for them to) and accused me of holding my childs Home Visitor from Early Head Start program hostage! Almost had the police to my home, all because I had a child home from school that was sick so I had to check on her in the other room. WOW horrible place and will never recommend them to anybody. Then they made the woman that made those horrible accusations a supervisor! Keep your kids and family from this place if you want them to stay safe!
