James Norris was one of my very first martial arts teachers. Even after 20+ years he continues to inspire and guide me along my To-Shin Do journey. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge, and all the skills and abilities to back it up.Anyone with the desire to learn and grow will certainly benefit from the lessons Mr. and Mrs. Norris have to share at the Cincinnati Quest Center!
