My son had his birthday party here and instructor Tommy Barker did a phenomenal job. The facilities were spacious and the staff top-notch. Thank you SO much for a wonderful party!

Fun workout and great personal improvement. Get in shape, develop self-confidence and leadership skills, and learn self defense principles. Great for the whole family. A top notch school with instructors who really care.

Parent of 2 children who have attended for 3 years, maybe I should have written review earlier. We continue to be impressed with the quality of the programming at the center.Staff actually have plans before classes start. Assistants (often children in the training program) are utilized effectively. Staff has a sense of humor and not only acknowledges each individual child but also acknowledges them as individuals. I point these things out to contrast what we found lacking in other programs.

Ive been training at CTC for over 12 years. When I began, I was looking for a fitness activity to do with my daughter, but I found so much more. Taekwondo is great for fitness, but it also reduces stress, makes you more present, improves mental focus, and so much more. Now I am a certified instructor and especially enjoy working with beginners to introduce them to the amazing benefits of martial arts training.

Holistic approach to martial arts. High quality trained instructors. They offer a variety of special interest program to build on a students training such as sword, hapkido, yoga and competition demonstration team.

I was so impressed by my sons instructors here and the facility that I started taking classes too. Excellent instruction. This is not Cobra Kai...its a real martial arts school with a variety of curriculums and programs.

Very well organized and attentive to individual needs. Respect, cooperation, listening and following directions are some of the things taught. The kids are having fun too!
