My husband bought me three gift certificates for my birthday December of 2019. I called to make an appointment and couldn’t get through. Then COVID started and I called to ask about extending the certificates and couldn’t get through. So my husband paid for 3 massages I never received.

I did a online conversation about a massage none ever called me back.just wanted to get information on cost and appointment.times .😪😒

Obviously with a school, its a gamble that Ill happen upon a great massage therapist. But for $35 for a session, I think it was worth it. I happened upon a great student and got one of the best massages Ive ever had. She was really knowledgeable about my rotator cuff and hip flexor issues.Its a little odd that they dont have a legit credit card machine and some signs in the facility are hand-lettered. Seems like it could be more professional.Ill be going back for 3 more massages (they have a buy 3, get one free deal....$105 for 4 50-minute sessions).

Twenty-five years and my life is still trying to get up that great big hill of Hope for a destination I realized quickly when I knew I should the world was made up of this Brotherhood of Man for whatever that means and so I Cry Sometimes when Im lying in bed just to get it all out whats in my head and I am feeling a little peculiar and so I wake up in the morning and I step outside and I take a deep breath and I get real high and I scream from the top of my lungs whats going on and I say hey yeah yeah hey yeah yeah I said hey whats going on and I say hey yeah yeah hey yeah yeah I said hey whats going on oh oh oh oh oh and I try oh my god do I try guy all the time in this institution and I pray oh my god do I pray I pray every single day for a revolution and so I Cry Sometimes when Im lying in bed just to get it all out whats in my head and I am feeling a little peculiar

My husband has been going here for massages and convinced me to try it as well as oppose to other way more expensive facilities that I frequent. He gave me a certificate and scheduled an appointment for me today which is the day before my birthday. He called a few hours before the scheduled time to confirm. When I arrived about five minutes before my scheduled time the supervisor asked the young lady sitting at the receptionist desk to call and see if the massage therapist I was scheduled with was on her way. I listen to a conversation on the phone going back-and-forth between the receptionist, the supervisor and whatever therapist was on the phone about her having a canceled appointment before me not knowing that there was an appointment with me etc. When they got off the phone the supervisor told me that she had another student that was staying later and they would do my massage, fine. The student got me from the receptionist area walked me back had me go ahead you know undress lay on the table so I’m thinking OK I’m getting a massage today after waiting about 10 minutes on the table the supervisor comes into the room and starts explaining that somehow the schedule was double booked and another client was scheduled for the same time at this point it was about 15 minutes past the scheduled time so I don’t know if someone showed up late and they decided to take them or what was going on but while I’m laying on the table undressed she walks in to tell me this, to apologize and tell me that she didn’t have enough people and that I could come back another day and that she was so sorry. Now I understand that this is a school and I cannot hold them to the same high standards that I would an actual Spa however I could’ve accepted it much better if they would’ve just said they didn’t have enough people when I came in and when I was sitting in the lobby. But to take a client back, have them undress, lay on the table, wait 10 more minutes and then come and tell them you don’t have enough people is just a bit much needless to say I will not be going back and think that the management of this program is unorganized and unprofessional.
