How I wish I could give a zero review! I don’t even know where to start. Don’t take your child to this school if you truly love and want the best foundation for their upbringing. First of all they starved my son the whole day, from 7:30 am to 5:30pm without food and not even water. On top of that they made him cry the entire time, he got sick and lost his voice for days. The director didn’t seem bothered one bit, not even an apology. They over work the teachers and you don’t see any sign of love or compassion from any of their faces. They look super tired and not happy. Also I observed there’s always one teacher looking after 8kids or so, expensive school for no reason!!! Secondly I saw one of the teachers yelling at one kid that “shut up shut up shut up”. It sounded and looked very scary! She actually did not notice my presence until she turned to my direction and felt ashamed. Don’t waste your time and money on this school a d don’t let your child go through neglect since that’s what they do best!

I send both of my children to Childtime and we love it, especially since the new management took over at the beginning of 2017. We have started receiving real time updates during the day as to what the children eat, how long they nap, what activities they are doing , etc. Every day they read new books, learn letters and numbers, and do arts. We also love that we dont have to worry about them missing playtime due to weather as they have a large gym inside.

Best daycare in downtown! My son just turned 1 and has been going here since he was 8 weeks old. This school is absolutely amazing. They are constantly engaging the children in stimulating activities--even the babies. It could be anything from painting their feet in the jumper and letting them paint mom and dad a picture, to playing with bubbles, to story time. How do I know he loves this school? Every day we walk there and as soon as we enter the building he knows exactly where he is and throws his pacifier and tries to get out of the stroller to go play. He loves it! The teachers are amazing! Every single one is so attentive, kind and funny. Its like they are a giant family. The center also has spirit week with each day being a different theme! Mothers and Fathers Day celebrations as well. Lastly, they have an app so you can get updates on real time (including pictures) on what your kid has done that day. Its a great school. I cant recommend it enough.

My daughter spent close to 8 months at this place between her 3-4 year period here and i saw lot of improvements in her during this period. there were some initial hicups when she joined here but later things improved and she got fully settled ...She used to talk a lot about her friends and teachers...We also had a sense of security and care with the staff .I would recommend this place !!!

Weekly fee for diapers which is stupid. I can bring my own and they make you pay a fee to enroll your children. Not worth it, because you have to pay it every year! They are money hungry!

I really liked this school for a long time and even told everyone I knew to go here. Its probably still a good school, but my son was removed for what I would consider general toddler behavior. Not that Im condoning it, but they put all the blame on him and not the fact that they had changed his teacher about 5 times in 6 months. He was happy and never had problems until the switches began and next thing you know, I was leaving work every week at some point to get him. I saw how some of the teachers handled the other kids when I was there early to get my son, and they just grab unruly kids by the arm and dragged them to where they wanted them (now mind you, these are toddlers and they just want to play, so lining up isnt always easy). I watched as they allowed another child to say curse words over and over and not even tell him it was bad. There are some teachers there that care and do their best, but most of them are just there to get discounts for their own kids. Its just like most other daycares... unorganized and poorly staffed. There were multiple times I was there to drop off and they didnt have enough teachers to handle the amount of children. I watched as they would call the management team over and over and get no answer. I dont think this is a bad school, I just think a lot happened in the time I was there... and that had a huge effect on my son and my judgement of the place. I think Sam the director is pretty understanding for the most part. Stay on her good side though. And Ms Kelly is a cool person but I can see where she comes off scary to kids... bc I was afraid of her. Haha. (Her tone isnt very inviting.) Ms Shana was the reason we stayed so long, but she is gone now (moved out of state) but probably bc she was the one picking up the slack for everyone and probably didnt get paid enough. She was amazing with the kids and the reviews everywhere and inside the school prove it. But when she left, I started looking elsewhere, but before I made the change my son was removed for his disruptive behavior. Crazy thing is, his new school (A Cincinnati public school pre-k program)... They rave about him. Hes been excelling and Ive already seen him go back to the boy I knew before Childtime ever happened.Oh and another thing, NAPS ARE WAY TOO LONG HERE AND super inconsistent!! And they mix unpotty trained kids with older kids. Its just not very structured. But you get what you pay for.Overall decent school but I wouldnt make it a long term thing if your child is over 3 years old. The newborn teachers are amazing.

My 12 week old went here a total of five days. I spent a lot of time there when picking up and dropping off because I would stay to nurse my baby. I walked in 3 times out of 5 to my baby laying on the floor crying inconsolably with no one even attempting to pick her up or comfort her. My last straw was when it was my daughter crying on the floor with 3 other infants (one of which was 6 weeks old and had just started the day before) and the worker was standing at the counter eating, Ignoring them! My baby had been crying so long her hair was wet from tears, a 12 week old with that many tears? It took her twenty minutes for the post-crying gasps to stop. They also regularly let the infants sleep on their stomachs. I had watched a baby wake up on her stomach the day before while I was nursing my baby. The baby woke up, cried for literally 15 minuets until she cried herself back to sleep. It made me sick, no one ever came to her aid. Another day when I walked in to get my baby there was another infant laying in her crib completely face down sleeping. I actually reached in to turn her little head so she could breathe. Workers feed the baby’s two at a time propped upIn boppy pillows, not burping them once. I cannot get over how these women let these babies cry non-stop without ever attempting to console them. Also when I called to speak to the director about these issues she never called me back and never called to ask why my daughter never returned. I wouldn’t ever in a million years send my child back here and I hope no one’s child gets injured here as a result of the absolute neglect happening.
