Started here a few weeks ago and HIGHLY recommend. Teachers and staff are great. Director Heidi is very responsive and constantly balances health and safety of all students with the needs of individuals.

KinderCare has been a wonderful experience for my family! Our youngest started there at age 2 and has made tremendous growth academically and socially. Our 7 year old attended summer camp there as well and loved it. We’ve been impressed by the attention to detail and personal care our children have received. We are kept up to date on all things and enjoy the open communication with teachers and directors. It’s a happy environment and we are grateful to have found it! Would highly recommend for childcare needs.

Our son is 5 and has been attending this location for the last 3 years and can I just say how happy we are to have found this center to send our son to! He has been to two prior childcare providers and neither of them compare to here! The involvement the teachers and staff have with the children is just amazing! Everyone is very welcoming and caring. I absolutely love how they keep in touch with us parents during the day and about any updates or things going on at the center with emails, news letters, and my absolute favorite the app, where you can check your child’s schedule and how their day has been daily! Our son looks forward to coming in everyday and as a parent, what more of a relief is it to know your child loves going somewhere and that they are in the BEST care while you are at work?! He has learned so much and I cannot express enough how grateful my husband and I are that we found such a great place and people to care for our child. Highly recommend!!!

Our previous daycare shut down for the pandemic, but it turned into a blessing in disguise. Forestville KinderCare opened before the one we were already enrolled in, so we initially enrolled out of convenience. We could not be happier with how it turned out. The administration runs a very organized, clean, safe, and FUN operation. Our toddler is excited to go to school every day, and is learning so much. All the procedures in place for covid mitigation make pick up and drop off very easy and safe. The staff is engaged in my childs wellbeing and education, and numerous daily updates through the app with activities and pictures help keep us engaged with what the learning plan is so we can reinforce the same concepts at home.I cant imagine putting my child in any other daycare after all the positive experiences weve had here.

I could not be more pleased with the program at Rainbow Child Care Center. While the center has just been purchased by Rainbow my children have been at the facility under the direction of Heidi (Program Director) for 6 years with only a short break between the time my oldest went to elementary school and my youngest was too young. Heidi leads her staff to ensure that all children are treated as individuals and are put in a classroom that helps in their development. Every teacher that my children have had (10) have been caring, loving and excellent teachers. Both of my children are very different from one another and have had different needs. My oldest needed support in making his own decisions and not being follower...which he developed. My youngest has been shy and over the past three years has developed into a child that participates and enjoys his day.I have also been pleased with the changes that have come with the new Rainbow name including the food, the one time summer fee, the check in process, vacation benefit and the fundraising options. The transition has been smooth and I havent felt any loss of the previous center- only enhancements to what was already great.The employees of Rainbow Child Care Center see my children more than I do during the week as a full time working outside the home parent. Because of this I want a place that helps in his development as well as provides a loving space. If it cant be with me there is no place I would rather have my child spend his days.

Our son joined Rainbow Child Care this summer at the age of 4 after having been in an in-home childcare setting since birth. The staff made his (and mom and dads) transition smooth and even fun! The cozy building combined with the excellent staff is very welcoming. We have been very impressed by the staffs experience level and dedication to the children. Our sons educational and social development has been beyond expectation. Both the classroom and school wide communication is excellent; we are always well informed of programming and necessary information. We also find the security to be great. Not only is the entry system very secure, the staff is highly sensitive to the movement of the children through the building. I highly recommend Rainbow Child Care, especially for children new to a structured setting.

Our previous childcare center in Mt. Washington had really declined and after having our children there over a period of 9 years, it was really hard to choose a new center. I am so very impressed and appreciative of Heidi and her team of teachers. I can tell they really care about what they do. They are so kind and caring and really awesome with my daughter. The curriculum is very engaging and in just a couple weeks my 4-year old has told me so many new things she has learned. I also like the structure and transparency with the electronic billing process - very professional. The communication with the parents is wonderful, I appreciate the time the teachers spend updating the app throughout the day with meals, naps, snacks, photos and videos of my daughter. Overall, a wonderful center that I would recommend to any parent.

I have been beyond happy with the level of care my daughter has received at Rainbow Child Care Center.The teachers truly understand and nurture the unique characteristics of each kid. They take time out to talk to parents about the specific development of their child and use their own personal time to find ways to make the classroom even more fun and engaging - whether its building a reading loft or a giant igloo from recycled milk jugs, or adopting a pet fish - which shows how much they love what they do. I also love that Rainbow provides a healthy menu that includes fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains as part of tuition.One of the reasons this particular school is such a great place is the director, Heidi. She is responsive, dedicated and knows all the kids by name. At the end of the day, I know my daughter is safe, loved and will be more than prepared to enter Kindergarten next fall thanks to the wonderful staff at Rainbow Child Care Center in Anderson.

I have been very pleased with my experience at Rainbow. I cant say enough great things about the teachers, the director, and even the school chef. They are all very professional, patient, and caring. Its a relief as a parent to know that your child is in good hands each day. We had previously transitioned to a different daycare during the summer because it was closer to our home. It took less than two weeks before we had transferred back to Anderson Rainbow. It is absolutely worth the extra driving time each day to know my daughter is well taken care of and enjoying school.My daughters imagination has completely blossomed since starting here, not to mention everything she has learned. Rainbow really fosters creativity and I think that is what sets them apart. My daughter loves showing me all of her creations and she is so much more confident. That in itself is priceless.In addition, the children are provided with nutritious meals and plenty of time for exercise and outdoor play. I would definitely recommend the Anderson location to anyone looking for childcare!

So excited our son is attending Rainbow Child Care in Anderson! They have a full monthly schedule of activities and the children are constantly enjoying and exposed to new experiences. The Director and her Assistant are outstanding women who care about the children and specifically their individual development, which I haven’t seen at other daycares. They are on a constant wait list, but absolutely worth the wait! So happy to be here!

The teachers and staff are absolutely incredible! At the Rainbow Child Care Center they instill the importance of academic growth within each child rather than just providing merely daycare services. Dropping your child off in the morning at daycare can be one of the hardest things for a parent; however, the teachers at Rainbow make the transition seamless. I am confident that my son is being properly taken care of every time I drop him off!

I love this school! I am very picky with those who teach my children and I have not had a better experience than at this location. The facilities are clean and well kept. They also have a great outdoor playscape that the kids love. The director, Heidi, is particularly caring and personal. She talks to everyone that walks in the door and knows exactly where the children are at all times. I appreciate the greeting walking in the door and the low down on where each of my 3 children can be found at that moment. I feel my children are loved and are learning while I am at work. You can tell that the staff love the kids and really enjoy teaching the children. I would recommend Rainbow Anderson to everyone!

Smaller class size, incredible teachers and director as well as a strong curriculum are just a few of the multitude of reasons our family has been a part of the Anderson Rainbow Child Care Center for nearly 4 years. Both my children have excelled in the program both socially and academically. The staff is professional and engaged with not only the children, but parents as well, creating an incredible learning environment. I also appreciate the breakfast and lunch options with an emphasis on whole grains and fresh fruits and veggies. Were lucky to have such a great center so close to home.

During the 2013-2014 school year, we moved our 3 year old child to the Rainbow Child Center in Anderson Township. We were coming from a different early childhood center and we were very discouraged and nervous from our experience. Heidi, the director, gave us a tour and instantly made us feel welcomed and reassured that our child would be well cared for by teachers who have been there (they have a low turnover rate) in a structured environment to meet our child’s needs. We immediately saw the difference in our daughter when she started the school year! We were amazed by the amount of curriculum she was learning, the projects she was completing, and the fun she was having each day. Rainbow also met our needs as parents through back to school night, individual conferences, and welcoming us to visit/volunteer anytime. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care my daughter has received. Heidi runs the center with organization, respect, and enthusiasm. The teachers are amazing and I know they truly care about and are making a lasting impact on our child. We are truly grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our daughter to learn and grow!

Great school. Great staff. Great experience.Weve been extremely happy with the care our daughter has received at Rainbow. The staff is loving and caring, everyone there knows our daughters name (even the chef), and Heidi, the director, is exceptional. Were really happy with the lesson plans and activities every week, and theres always something new and fun for the kids to experience - from magic shows, to childrens yoga, to puppet shows, they even had a farmer and farm animals come in for the children to see recently. At 2, Iris knows all her colors, how to count to 15, and her language skills are advanced for her age. I know I can credit her school for a big part of this. I looked at every child care center in Anderson, and knew right away that Rainbow was the best choice for us. Id recommend it to anyone.

Both of our children attend Rainbow Child Care Center and we have been a part of the school for over 2 years. Our experience has been excellent. The teachers are wonderful and caring as well as the school directors. It is very much a family/community environment. The teachers know all of the kids in the school and all of the kids know them. Our children love to go to school everyday. It is a fantastic learning and fun environment. I know once our kids enter grade school that Rainbow will have prepared them extremely well. I highly, highly recommend this school.

We couldnt be happier with our experience at Rainbow Child Care Center! The director and teachers are all very kind, caring, qualified, and have been wonderful with our children. Our kids have flourished in each classroom from 18 months through kindergarten. Id recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for high quality care and peace of mind.

All 3 of my boys have gone here and it has been great. They will prepare them for school no doubt. Fun summer program and great fall festival. Heidi and her team are top notch!

We could not be happier with our choice to send our son to Rainbow. Transitioning from a nanny to daycare at 2 years of age was not easy, but Heidi, Ann and the staff at Rainbow made it as smooth as possible. Not only did they take good care of my son, but they reassured a nervous mom & dad that he was in good hands. My son is happy, loves the activities and I can see so much growth in his language and learning already!

My daughter has been at Rainbow for a year now and I couldnt be happier! The teachers and staff are amazing. They all know my daughter by name and she has to give out hugs every time we leave (and I notice a lot of other kids doing the same). That says a lot. They keep parents very informed and encourage us to be a part of the classroom. They make learning fun. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare/preschool.

I have had a really good experience at Rainbow. It all comes down to the people, and the people at Rainbow are caring, kind, and devoted to their jobs. The curriculum is solid and my kids are happy. I have tried other options for childcare in the area, and Rainbow has definitely been the best.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by the Rainbow Child Care Center on Nimitzview Drive. The director of the location is top notch, has many years of experience and knows how to work with parents and guide the teachers. The teachers are beyond any of my expectations!! My child has learned so many things attending the Rainbow Child Care Center, I hope his teachers for the rest of his academic years can keep up with the high expectations established here.In addition, the Child Care Center understands the children and their unique personalities, and can identify if parent assistance is needed.I would recommend the Rainbow Child Care Center to any of our friends.

All three of my sons have attended Rainbow (formerly Little Red Schoolhouse), and my youngest is there now in Pre-K. We have had a wonderful experience from when the youngest started at 18 months old, and getting him used to separation, to our oldest being ultra-prepared for Kindergarten. My youngest now is on the same path for Kindergarten readiness! I cant say enough great things about Heidi the director, and teachers Julie, Kim, and so many others.

The people are friendly, professional and truly love the kids! My son will soon be 2 and he is already reciting the alphabet, his numbers 1 to 10, and nursery rhymes. Im impressed by his development since starting at this school.

My son has been there almost 6 years and he has had nothing but great experiences. He is a Type 1 diabetic and they managed his blood sugars and gave him insulin daily. It gives my wife and I great relief to know that he is in such great hands while we are at work. He has such a good time there, that he is mad when I pick him up early. We all will be very sad when he has to leave.

Being new to the area, I had a lengthy search of all the daycares around before choosing Rainbow for my daughter. As soon as we arrived for our tour, I could tell that the staff was warm and welcoming. We have been nothing but pleased with our experience here so far and look forward to continuing our daughters early education here with her sister to follow as soon as she is old enough to attend!Our daughter comes home everyday with something new she has learned, the days are well planned with curriculum that is always available for the parents to see. The teachers do a great job with the kids, snacks and meals are wonderful, there is a great variety of outside and inside play, learning experiences and more. Our daughters knowledge is growing everyday thanks to Rainbow!

Heidi, Anne, and all the teachers at Rainbow are amazing. Weve had nothing but good experiences while attending Rainbow.
