Finding childcare for our daughter was difficult given her special needs. When other centers said “no”, Heather and her staff said, “no problem”. We couldn’t be more thankful for the extra work they’ve put in to make sure my daughter has a place where she can be safe and grow developmentally. This truly is one of the best daycare centers in the area

I love the place and the people. When I started my grandsons there in May, they always cried, but the girls were so good with them and gave them some TLC that they go right in with a smile. They love the teachers. They have learned so much and are 100% better since going there. If I had to choose all over again I would chose KinderCare again.

The director and her staff open their hands to care for my daughter. The entire enrollment process was easy. My daughter loved it there and I kept getting updates (pictures) throughout the day. I do recommend this daycare. Thank you KinderCare staff members!

I find this to be an excellent center! I love the staff and I have been a happy and satisfied parent for years! I’ve sent all three of my children over the years and even when I moved across town, I still drive 40 minutes away to go to this location. They are so experienced and personable. I couldn’t think of a better place to care for my children while I am at work.

I love this daycare. My oldest went here and when it was time for my little one to go to daycare I didnt even look anywhere else. Lynette is so wonderful and I know my kids are in great hands with the teachers she hires.

I just relocated from Atlanta, and Ive been touring childcare centers in the area looking for part-time infant care beginning after my maternity leave. When I called to set up the tour, the staff was very friendly & professional, and sent me a confirmation email. However, when I arrived, the person who I contacted was not expecting me or prepared to give the tour. A gentlemen gave me the tour instead, and he essentially rattled off information and showed me the infant rooms without asking me any questions about the specific care I was looking for. After the tour, the lady I was originally set to meet with sat down with me to go over pricing. She then informed me this center does not offer part-time infant care - thus making this entire process a waste of the very little free time I have. In addition, as a single mother, I will most likely qualify for some county assistance and I was told the county would not provide me benefits for less than 25 hours of care a week. Well, I contacted the county, and that is not true. They literally lied to my face. Hamilton County informed me that the centers are paid based on the times you swipe in and out, and that some providers only accept full-time care because they simply want to be paid more - and advised me to find another provider.I hope this review saves another mom or mom-to-be some time and effort. In addition to these issues, the center charges about $300/week for full time care but is not in the best condition. It doesnt look like theyve put any money into this location in about 10 years. I recommend Wilde Kingdom or the nursery at Maple Knoll. These facilities are much more clean, professional, and welcoming. My daughter is on the waiting list at both.

I love this daycare. I absolutely did not want to put my children in daycare what so ever. My 3 year old has only ever been babysat by family but when our second child came along, we had to make other arrangements. I looked at many daycares but didn’t feel comfortable with any of them. Then kindercare was recommended to me. I liked it when I visited, but still didn’t feel good about having to send them to daycare. Not a month into them going there, they love it and I love to see how happy they are every time I pick them up. I feel safe and comfortable with my kids being there. I love the teachers and my son has created an amazing bond with one teacher in particular. I have been nothing but satisfied so far and look forward to my kids being at this daycare for a long time!

When my daughter was 3 years old, which was several years ago, 2010 to be exact, my daughter came home and told her grandmother that another child touched her private parts inappropriately with a toy baby bottle. Immediately, I reported it to Sharonville Police and the director of the school at the time. After doing a little investigation, my child was left unattended with this girl in her class. The police told me that they were unable to charge the kid because of her age. I understood that, but there was obviously something going on in that child’s home, where she found it ok to touch my child in the way that she did. I wanted something to be done. But, nothing was done. I asked the director what was consequences would be given, she told me that it was confidential and that she could not tell me. The little girl was allowed to still attend the Center and she wasn’t even put in a different room. There was no discussion between myself, the Director, or the other child’s parents. I just don’t feel like the situation was ever handled justly. And my child has had issues since this experience. I contemplate suing the Center and I honestly should have, but at the time, I just wanted my child to be removed from that environment and to put that trauma behind her. Needless to say, I removed my child from this Center and found her a better one. I would never recommend this Center to anyone.

I was very aprehensive about putting my daughter in daycare but the teachers as well as the front staff were very helpful with the transition and making me and my little girl comfortable!!! I watched my daughter go from a shy baby to a thriving 3 year old that has now learned so much and continues to do so daily!! They keep parents very informed in the childrens day to day activities and what the theme of learning is each month. My daughter is excited to go to school every day. This center is also where both my nephews attended one just graduated high school and one is on his way to high school and amazingly some of the teachers that were with them are still there and have helped my daughter excel. Highly recommend and if you have any questions lynette, Josh and dorothy are amazing along with the rest of the staff!!
