Its not as big as others Ive been to but the staff is always helpful and for the most part they have everything I need when I just need something quick.

Terrible ! Store is gross and never clean. Employees have no manners or personalities. WILL NOT RETURN. EVERI would honestly give zero stars if possible.

This store was absolutely terrible, its filthy with stuff all over the floors, an accident waiting to happen. The employees just standing around and so was the manager. Not helpful and everyone had an attitude. I will never go back to this location or the one in Woodlawn Ohio on Springfield pike. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Nicest Dollar Tree Ive been in. Well stocked. Lots of variety. NOT very sanitary though. Not enforcing masks, no public sanitizing stations, not even hand sanitizer at the register ... I dont know if I can go back amid a pandemic ... Real shame they dont have more precautions in place or I would give it 5 stars.

The staff was helpful...the staff was wearing face masks. I found some great deals. They have something for everyone. There was a lot of shoppers not wearing face masks.....the cashier was up beat and very nice she was behind plexi glass and wearing a false mask. This was a pleasant shopping trip. Thanks

Had a bad experience at the Colerain store, but when I came here they were welcoming, quick and efficient. I was in and out and they were very helpful.

Nice place but they need cashier very bad the line is way too long every time I go there. I love the items.

Was in the store 40 minutes. Witnesses the cashier yell & walked at a male customer who was older, wearing a mask & was obviously speech challenged. What he needed was patience, kindness & empathy. Not an employee being cruel & inhumane. Yes I expect better so I left without buying anything. Its not hard to be nice.

Very pleasant and helpful employees. I am sure it was time to stock but there was stuff everywhere. I found most of the items I was seeking.

This store was not well stocked. Actually, on paper it might have been but it was mostly still in boxes waiting to be put on shelves. Clerks were cordial. They didnt enforce the mask mandate nor did they adhere. Overall, the experience wasnt especially good or bad.

One of the largest Dollar Tree stores that I have been inside of. inventory was a touch low; but I am contributing that to Covid-19.

They had what I needed. And the Cashier was Polite 🙂

Better before the pandemic

It was pretty clean and organized today and I found the party supplies for which I was looking.

Barely stocked shelves, disorganized, aisles blocked with boxes, cashiers nowhere to be found. Stock room door was open, boxes stacked four feet high. A man who I was told is the general manager was in the office asleep with the door open. I couldnt find the items that I wanted. Customers were complaining about how terrible the store looked and were walking out. I shop there frequently and have never seen it look like it did the morning of March 6, 2019. One man was frantically trying to stock shelves and the cashiers were nowhere to be found. One cashier finally showed up while people were waiting. I will not be going back to this location. I have seen stores in other cities and they are well stocked, clean and organized. I dont understand why this is not the rule for all locations rather than an exception.

I honestly don’t see why they won’t just make this location into something more productive because this is the most pathetic dollar tree I have ever shopped in they are always extremely low on staff like why not just hire more employees it’s just that simple 😒😒😒THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK!! I go to this store often, its my favorite one. The employees are always nice and helpful and it is a very peaceful store. Other stores Ive been to have been full of havoc and always disorganized.

Shopped here frequently until today. I was verbally attacked by an employee of this store for placing my basket on the closed register counter where i see they have them sitting all the time. There was nowhere to put basket out of the way for next customer. This employee waited for me to finish paying and loudly demanded for me to return my basket to the front stack. When i did not respond to her outlandish behavior she demanded a response. I informed her i would be reporting this incident and she told me to report to anyone i please. I am in process of speaking with a district manager and will not subject myself to abuse like that just to save a few dollars. This taught me a lesson on changing my shopping habits as to avoid this very negative and upsetting experience

My Favorite place to save money on Cleaning supplies,Spic & Span Lavender Scent, & Lysol Concentrate makes 5 gals, Awesome Orange cleaner a multi- purpose cleaner, works Awesome on wood cabinets & floors, takes away the grime & dried paint!! All for A $1.00 what a deal!!

Just wish they can restock quicker. Otherwise great to have this store in Finneytown.

Went into the store today and was buying my kids so squirt guns. My kids were playing with them as I was shopping and I was cussed out and flipped off by the manager for this. I was able to get her flipping me off and being rude on video in front of a lot of customers, their kids and mine. I will NEVER go back here. Shop at your own risk. Also the other staff would not give me the corp. # and ignored me. What a joke.

I did not find the item that I wanted to buy. It was sold out. I think the Woodlawn store is kept cleaner and is better stocked thsn the Finneytown store.

It was Sunday and Mothers Day, May 8th, 2016. I had not been to the store near Brentwood Shopping Center on Winton RD. , for almost year. I needed Mother s Day cards and a few other items. My order came to about $6.83. I decided to use one of my credit cards because I had just come from church and didnt have any cash. I had my elderly grandma with me, also. I was told that the card did not have enough money on it. So, I said, Cancel this order, so that I can pay for it with my ATM card. They began to inform me that they could not do as I asked. They claimed that a new policy had recently been started where they cannot cancel an order or give refunds. The manager claimed that the drawers were set up for refunds or cancellations. I asked, Why was I not told of these new rules?, and the manager pointed somewhere and said, we posted it on a sign. They also posted at the end of the check out counter past where you scan the cards but, the clerk did not mention anything about policy changes until after I swiped my card and the machines said, insufficient funds. I was argued down over it. They wanted me to do a split payment. They did not care what I wanted. So, I left everything on the counter and walked out. What ever happened to the policy where you try to please the customer so that you will keep their business, or The customer Is Always Right?

They place is a accident waiting to happen. Boxes on the floor in the isle,shelfs half stocked, dirty and a uncomfortable smell.

The store is usually in disarray but thats because there constantly getting truckloads if goods. They usually have things other ones dont. I think its a tester store where they test the merchandise and how well itll sell.
