This service seemed friendly enough at first. The day of my flight they didn’t plan properly and claimed “bad gps” without budgeting enough time. After waiting for 40 minutes past my pick up time, I had to make other arrangements and irritated the staff in the small airport waiting on me, I basically had to beg them to take me on. The taxi dude was laughing on the phone that he couldn’t find me, pointing out landmarks like “a lake to my left” as if that would help me, help him, navigate which is kind of his job as a taxi driver. When I realized he was still 15 min away and too far north to make my flight, I made other plans. Don’t use this service. I understand things happen and people are late sometimes but don’t laugh at me and act unprofessional when it’s your job. Also if you work for a taxi service, get a better gps dude. *I want to add an addition to this review that after writing it I looked at the company’s responses to bad reviews. The company responds back in extremely sassy and offended ways which is pretty much sabotage considering that is only guaranteed to make the situation worse. If you respond to bad reviews like an injured child instead of trying to improve, I assure you you won’t have a business in a couple years.

They are quick clean and reliable they will work with you on a time schedule to get where you need as fast as possible the cab fares are very reasonable I highly recommend Best Taxi for a cab ride if you ever need one I take them all the time.

Best Taxi has been a life saver for me and has taken away so much stress! The drivers are always safe and friendly. I personally have experienced superb customer service from them and they are my ONLY choice when it comes to getting to work and running errands. Very reliable and often available with short notice as well!

The owner is a great guy. But some of their drivers are not so great. I used to use them several times a day but not any more. Waiting for the driver stuff to get straightened out then will give back. Unfortunately owner cant be in every car all the time. How ever prices are more than reasonable.

Though I have not ridden with them one thing that irks me is constantly seeing their drivers talking on their cell phones while driving. I am talking about one hand on the wheel, the other on the phone plastered to the side of their head. Not only is that is against the law in NH, but most importantly unsafe. If they are professionals this would not happen. There is no excuse to put people at risk on the road.

Depends on the day and the drivers if you get picked up. Just waited 30 minutes called backed and the dispatcher was surprised a specific driver had not picked me up. The other night it was an hour. I use the service several times a day I pay, I tip and I try to be courteous. Seems the nose is being cut off despite the face.

Good drivers, In the past I was little concerned with dispatch telling me that it would be 30 minutes then the driver arrives an hour later.. blame in on traffic..lol... I rarely do a rating over 3 for anything.. But good service...

Im deeply saddened by the service here. I had a pickup arranged at 430am, July 29th (this morning) to catch the 505am Dartmouth Coach to Boston for a meeting and a flight back to Florida. I called last night around 10pm to confirm everything, a woman answered and yes we will be there. Well that did not happen! No one showed up! I tried calling the company several times without anyone answering. Because of this I had to wait for the 705am bus and missed out on an important meeting in Boston and was only able to catch my flight home by only a couple of mins (literally only a few people were left to board the flight). Totally uncalled for when people call a service to make sure they get to where they need in a timely fashion. Especially important meetings or Flights. Stressful to the max!

My family was stuck in Nashua and it was imperative he got to Claremont. After a short chat with Rich, the owner, I had my dad home in no time and for a very competitive price! Thank to Best Taxi for bending over backwards to help me in a time of need. Great service, definitely recommended! I will always use Best Taxi, from now on! Thank you!

I was so empressed with this company. I arranged a ride for my son for like an hour and a half drive. The price was so reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company more.

Had an amazing experience with them. They saved me from the snow storm and the driver was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Paid for another cab in advance and they pick someone else up in front of me and have been waiting for an hour. Don’t really see the point of having what seems like 3 cars if you’re constantly willing to drive people 30 minutes in either direction.

They are horrible & unprofessional ! They are rude & swear in front of my children. They come late or not at all. They left us stranded many times & places. They said if I complain about the wait they wont come at all. The cars are dirty sometimes covered in dog hair .So glad the other taxi is running. These people are the worst!

Been in a bind with some license issues and getting to work at the paper millmin claremont from WIndsor and i was referred to Best Taxi. I just called tonight for an advance scheduling to get to wormw tomorrow morning and was given courteous and friendly service over the phone and was told to expect a car there for 6:30am to be at work by 7. To me, this service is a sincere lifesaver and I hope everything goes according to plan. I gave 4 stars for the friendly service and the 5th star is reserved for the scheduled appointment. More like worst taxi. Stuck 3 miles away and once I reluctantly had to inform the the dispatcher I needed a ride less than 10 miles away she told me “no I don’t think he will be able to do that.”

Always late even tho i call them hours and even a day in advance. This last experience they were suppose to pick me up at 4:15 pm for Appt scheduled for 4:30 and me and my child waited outside for 10 min when I decided to call them to see where the taxi was and the person that answered acted as if she had no idea what i was talking about. Said shed call me back when she figured out what was going on and still no call back. Will start using another service after this. Missed his Appt thanks to The Worst Taxi.. Thanks alot!

Hit or miss, sometimes has been wonderful and on time, other times they show up 45 minutes late, without calling to give you a heads up that they are running late...

They suck cant even make a trip to Dartmouth hospital!!
