Staff is very helpful and friendly! I shop here, pretty much daily, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The employees are very good with my daughter, who goes in with me and without sometimes, and I appreciate that, especially because not every business is kid friendly, although they should be! Thank you, to ALL of the team of staff at Claremont NH, Family Dollar! You are all the reason we keep going back!

Love it! Its convenient, they usually always have what I need and then some. I love the App so I clip the coupons and just scan my phone to save! Employees are great!

The cashier currently there was amazing. Super nice and friendly. Currently no masks required (due to COVID19). Decent prices.

I called ahead to get bootlaces and they said they had them. Then when I went in and talked to the lady she gave me a hassle and said they dont have bootlaces with an attitude. Then when I said what do you mean I to called ahead to make sure, she goes oh I was kidding. With the attitude it was not very good customer service here. Because of that I did not buy anything here.

I buy my groceries and decor here.Theres always nice items to add to your home. The prices on the groceries are not too bad for a small franchise, although I wish there was fresh produce to be able to buy.They would prosper quite well...

The best Family Dollar! Absolutely helpful and wonderful workers!

I went to Family Dollar to get a loaf of bread. One employee named Tamara was smoking a cigarette right in front of the entry door and made a snotty comment about people showing up at the last minute. I didn’t “show up at the last minute” seeing as the store wasn’t going to close for another 45 minutes. Not the best way to treat customers.

This store was once one of my favorite places! It has lost its appeal with its customer service. Yesterday the sales clerk asked in front of an entire line of customers that my husband (a customer) and son (a customer) to retrieve the carts from the parking lot (as soon as they entered the store) then when my husband complied she continued to tell her audience that she was too busy to get the carts and customers should help. Mean while as I stood in line 3 other family dollar clerks were working and chatting around her. Needless to say Ill be shopping online.

Best values in town and friendly service. I am always thankful for the dedicated service of all employees of Family Dollar Claremont.
