I love to share with the public and anybody that can read this that we are in love with USA Karate & Fitness. Our son started in September of 2020 and he loves his classes, Mr. Tucker is his favorite person 💙. We could see how much of discipline and focus hes been having within himself. My kids have been a part of USA Karate & Fitness for over 4 years. The owners and staff are family friendly. My kids have not only grown tremendously in martial arts but also in leadership skills, responsibility, dedication, patience, and respect.Our kids love competition time whereas they get the opportunity to compete in the skills they have been practicing all year long.

My son, who is 5 years old, has been doing karate at USA Karate and Fitness for the past year and absolutely loves it! Out of all the sports and activities that he does, karate is his favorite. He loves going to class because the instructors teach them fun lessons. I love the fact that he is exercising and learning about good sportsmanship. Thank you USA Karate and Fitness!

We are so happy to be a part of USA Karate and Fitness. The instructors are very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable, they are great with kids. My son who had a separation anxiety and cried during the first session, now loves going to his class every week!! He is more disciplined, focused and self controlled now. My son has been enrolled for 4 years and has had a great experience throughout! The instructors are very personable and build great rapport with the kids. Classes have a nice balance of teaching and leading fun activities. My son has gained physical skills, learned discipline and grown more in confidence. I look forward to seeing him advance with UKF!

Master Pia and Master Perez do a great job with the kids. Our 8 year old loves UKF. They promote positivity and a healthy lifestyle and are always working on topics like “dealing with a bully”. The staff is so wonderful with the kids when trying to help them reach and exceed goals. They also do great events like light saber and nerf war battle nights where the kids have a blast!

I cannot speak highly enough about USA Karate & Fitness. Our daughter started 2 years ago and she was kind of shy but we did a trial 2 weeks in a row and we were sold! She loved it!! The instructors are amazing! Our daughter has gained so much from going to karate including learning discipline, gaining self esteem, learning patience and self control and acquiring self defense skills. When the pandemic hit this class became even more important. Our daughter (and many other children) were hit with major changes in the way they live their life. The entire staff at UKF not only stepped up but truly went above and beyond and started virtual classes immediately and it has been so helpful and such a positive experience! I highly recommend UKF! You will NOT be disappointed!

I am one of the most recognized martial artists in new Jersey and I am telling all that I had the honor to take a class at this school and the instructors were extremely kind and knowledgeable about their lessons.. if you live near this school youre going to love the school. I highly recommend this school if you are looking to place your child in a good martial arts class

I absolutely love this place. The workouts are great and the people are so friendly. It keeps me in such great shape during my track season and all year-round. It has also been wonderful for my younger brother...(it keeps him healthy in between his video games and reading. Plus, he has made a bunch of new friends). I really LOVE it here and would definitely recommend it!!!P.S.-Master Pia is awesome:)
