Came here to get paper bound together, the big buzz cut woman working the counter tells my wife after she asks her where she can get this bound...I dont know, maybe best buy, I mean we do that here but were short staffed and the lady I know can do that doesnt get here till 4. #1: How unprofessional can you be? Your solution to a customer question is to tell them to go somewhere else that your short-staffed, wow... disgruntled!! #2: I hope corporate staples reads these complaints because I know you Never share a companies struggles as an excuse for you to be lazy and not try and find a solution, no matter how mad you are about staffing #3: SMILE, I can tell you weve never had to come to staples for any reason, but after this sorry customer service we went straight to office Depot and after 5 minutes were walking out after sharing our story with people in the line and the nice lady who bound our paper with a smile and not a single complaint.

Okay! So I’m not an expert in printing or things of that nature. I had a vision of what I wanted in mind but didn’t know the steps to getting there. Christina was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient in helping me figure out just what I wanted. She helped me to save money, the process was an ease for me and she helped me get a super awesome product for my daughter’s first birthday party! She has amazing customer service and definitely made me feel at ease with the entire process. For all your printing, etc., needs hit up Christina in Clarksville! She is amazing!! I had to ship something without a specific address and the woman at the shipping center spent a lot of time trying to help me figure it out even though the system wouldnt accept it. While I ended up not being able to ship what I needed, they want above and beyond trying to help me figure it out and I really appreciated the top notch customer service.

Ive always had to have help when I went in and was greeted with a smiling face and willing young ladies.

My family and I went to staples to look at office chairs. They had a variety of chairs which was good for us. My young daughters were being loud and while my husband and I was talking about which office chair he wanted an employee came over with a page of stickers for the girls each. It instantly occupied them and my husband and I were less stressed. Thank you mister employee. You made our day. You also got us a great deal on our office chairs. Youre the best. Wish I would of gotten your name!

Over all, this store is great. The employees are helpful and I never had any problem there.The only thing I dont like is they are usually out of stock on things. I went there to get large envelopes, they were out. I settled on the last box that will do but it puzzled me that they were out of things.The last time I went there was to get the basic things you would expect to find at this store. I needed 3x5 cards, card tabs and computer disks...I was very surprised there were no 3x5 cards on the shelf. And no card tabs. I am puzzled by that. Im kidda in a hurry, I work 2 jobs plus run my own small business, I dont have time to shop around. I expected a quick stop for the basics on my way home.This was disappointing. Now what do I do?The computer disks were the same way...In frustration, I walked around the store and noticed a lot of empty spaces. Im not sure what is going on here. I like this store. But they are always out of stock....Its very frustrating and I hope they solve this problem soon. I hate to order online or shop elsewhere...but I may have to do that...

Had to fax some paperwork for work. Charged me $11. Which if they had helped do it would not have been a big deal but charging $11 when you have to do it all is crazy. I know paper costs money but not that much. The staff was not helpful at all. Acted like we were an inconvenience when asked questions. I will make sure to find a different way or location the next time I need supplies or help with business matters. I had read the reviews here prior to going in so I was confident this would be a great place to handle this. Must have been friends and family members who posted the other reviews because it was definitely not anything like what the reviews stated, at least today anyway. If you gotta fax something don’t do it here.

Had to take care of some business today. Faxes, copies and the like. Dathan was a real cool guy who assisted me with exquisite customer service. Polite service, and eager to help others without attitude earns them five stars.

Do not shop at Staples! I bought a $150 paper shredder, Staples brand, a few months ago. It shredded paper fine. I went to empty in after it got full and the door would not open.Finally worked it open after a while and noticed it was broken. They only have 2 week return policy and wouldnt do anything. Not even a store credit or replacement. Pitiful! Shop elsewhere!

Great place. Got in and got out. Quick and less expensive then other nearby places. Backpack selection much greater then walmart or target.

Relatively decent selection of products but not much in the way of decent looking office furniture in my opinion. Other products same to leave quite plentiful although it seems like their technology area is a bit lacking. Customer service was just about what you would expect in a place like this nothing great but not bad either

Thought this would be a good place to get lined paper for letters. They did not have any at all except legal tablets or notebooks. I cannot believe an office supply store that sells paper wouldnt have stationery.

I lost a needed receipt for rebate on an antivirus i purchased there on 3/6/13. I called the store with the smallest hope that they would be able to after these many days. I spoke to the manager, Micheal and he was most helpful. He provided me with the needed info and helped bring to a good conclusion to a very stressful situation. THANK YOU MICHEAL!

We live up in Northern Kentucky and my wife had submitted an online order for a print job for her parents anniversary dinner tonight. I picked it up at a Staples store up in NKY on our way home back to Southern Indiana. Ayer picking it up and calling my wife we found out it wasnt what she expected. I stopped by the Clarksville Staples off Veterans parkway as a last ditch effort to save the day. Jace greeted us with a smile when we walked in and explained our predicament. She jumped into action and got us exactly what we needed. You have no idea how happy my wife was when we showed up with the right placards. Thank you Jace you were a life saver! You should be proud to have a such a great team member Staples! She saved the day!

I like Staples in general and, for the most part, this store is just like all the others. If you like Staples, then youll be happy with this store. It is on Veterans Parkway and was part of the retail explosion that took place in the mid-00s.This is not one of the biggest stores, but it still seems to have everything packed in (might feel a little tight or crowded).The only thing bad about this location is that its property doesnt touch the main road... its tucked away just a little. Unless one is cutting through or using some side road, one may not even notice this location.

Worst experience trying to get copies made. 2 hours to make 8 booklets of 30 pages. All the store manager was worried about was closing the store on time instead of helping his guests get their order. We are now 27 minutes past closing yet he still doesnt care and has the nerve how I am doing! Even worse all the other employees where standing around doing nothing yet again the manager made an excuse of why NO one else could the printing lady with the order.
