Not getting an option to reply so I’ll just update my review. My name isn’t coming up in your system because my daughter no longer goes there. Bravo once called my boss, gave them personal info, payment Info. When I asked them why they would call my boss and give that information out they said it must have been a misunderstanding. On another occasion I would have them pick my daughter up from school everyday and take her to the daycare until I would pick her up from bravo. This random day they refused to take her back to the daycare, they made her get off the bus, they picked her up everyday I’m not sure why this one day they told her she couldn’t ride the bus. so my daughter was stuck at school alone. Of course she then called me from the office and I had to get out of work to pick her up. when I asked them why they made her get off the bus they said it must have been a misunderstanding, like if a kid is getting on the bus why wouldn’t the driver call and make sure if they weren’t sure?! Instead they made her get off. If they felt bad it would be different but they didn’t at all and acted like it wasn’t a big deal.

Our son was not treated well. He had hands put on him and was left crying in the Directors office. if my son had not told me about it, the daycare never intended to. when we started talking to other people about it they had lawyers threaten them if they share with us on social media. When we asked for a meeting to help accommodate our son and his special-needs we were told that we were not team players and that our relationship would be terminated. Then all of our money was promptly refunded. If all you get out of my review is that you should ask your child daily how they’re being treated then I have won.

My daughter is a Bravo employee. The live she receives from all of the employees as well as the owner is absolutely admirable and very appreciated. Thankful she is in such an incredible environment and I always know she is safe and growing there as well as my two grandchildren. My grandchildren always are so happy and have so much great to say about their days and always something new and interesting. Bravo has my vote and for sure only awesome things to say!! Thanks Angy Ford for all that you do for your employees and Bravo families!

Both of our children attend Bravo daycare in Clearfield and it has been an enjoyable experience. Weve moved a lot in the past several years and have attended many different daycares but Bravo definitely stands out. The facility is clean, well kept and inviting to children. Any issues that weve had have been addressed quickly. I would highly recommend

10/10 would NOT recommend BRAVO to anyone. We have been with the company for a week, and the place is very dirty and the teachers are quite rough with the kids. The owner Angie is highly unprofessional and told an employee who had a sick child at home and needed to leave, thats what kids have two parents for. She recommended that the sick child comes and sits in the office DURING A PANDEMIC because she did not have enough staff on today for that said teacher to leave. Please.. do NOT send your children here. Please do you research on the child abuse case theyre known for, because nothing has changed.

Bravo is amazing! The staff is always so friendly and i bring my infant son 3 days a week. Mrs. Smith, Ms. Ibarra and Mrs. Rodriguez are great teachers to my son and care for him so well! They are always honest and caring. This is the best place to bring your child!

We have loved Bravo over the years. We have done piano, karate and music class. We have loved it all. The teachers are great and really care. They come to work with the energy it takes to make kids excited to learn. I also love that if your kid is going to miss class, you can get a make up lesson to use at a later time. Such a great value for what you get.

We’ve been a Bravo family for three years. My daughter has been through preschool, kindergarten and six months of dance. The class sizes were small, teachers are educated and caring and really went the extra mile to Inspire and love their students. Loved all the art and crafts that were taught. Kids loved the field trips to Ogden Dinosaur Park, Classic Fun Center, Childrens Treehouse Museum. Thumbs up to Ms Angus, Ms Wankier, and Ms Kim! And of course Angy Ford the owner.The January 2021 dance show was awesome and well planned. All the kids had a blast. Even with stupid Covid. Hats off and well done Angy! Thanks Bravo for lots of great memories.

This place has very friendly staff and great communication. Whenever I needed something, they were able to help.

Absolutely loved the summer camp! The teachers there were so amazing and my kids loved every second of going! It was great to have them get out during the summer and do some fun activities. I will definitely be doing it again next year! Thank you bravo for making our experience so great! Also it always smelled so amazing walking in!

Bravo has an abundance of classes, and Im always greeted with a smile by everyone who works there. It is a fun and safe place for kids to learn, grow, and express themselves.

I have worked at Bravo for years and have loved working with all of the families that walk through the door each day. The staff here are attentive, caring and work their hardest to create the best learning environment for your child. From virtual classes, to fingerprint security, the management teams are always searching for new, innovative ideas to improve not only the student/family experience, but Bravo as a whole.

I am disappointed that with all of the equipment, space and opportunities available at the facility, my child was punished for wanting to Play.I am also in awe that although we discussed and put a plan in place, that the center was unable to assist me and my family in any way.Finally, The fact that the staff would record my child using a personal phone instead of teaching her or finding other activities or solutions was completely out of line.Update: We took our girls out of your daycare center, they were not terminated. I have also learned about the child abuse case at your other location and after hearing you raised the prices during a pandemic I’m glad I did take them out when I did. Glad you guys are mature enough to respond but I don’t understand why you would have to provide false information in order to put blame on a parent instead of your under qualified staff.

I have had generally good experiences with this place. The preschool class is excellent. They are very cheerful every day when you walk in and it makes you happy. I have been late sometimes 10 minutes and I called them and they had my daughter sit on a chair with coloring materials. Very accommodating. Today, I had a meeting I had to go to during preschool time and I brought her 15 minutes early and asked if she could sit there and go into her class when the other one had left. I was expecting it would be no problem, but her demeanor changed and it was a flat no, putting me in a bind. Had to call my boss, who wasn’t happy. They cited policy and lots of things to justify their inflexibility, when they just could have helped me. If a place has this kind of dogmatism, I generally avoid it, but Bravo has so many bright points, I give it a 3 and will try to continue going.

Both of my children attend Bravo. They both love it. All of the teachers at Bravo have been incredibly friendly and caring. I get daily reports on what my children have been doing that day. Their days are filled with art, music and lots of exercise. They spend lots of time outside when the weather is nice which is great. Each classroom has cameras ensuring the childrens safety. I am able to watch what my children are doing in class through the monitors in the front hall. I would definitely recommend this school.

After researching the area for a preschool for our son, we were thrilled to find Bravo. Our sons preschool experience was very positive. Bravo works hard to provide a positive, clean, safe, and fun learning environment for all children. We were so happy with Bravo that we are signing our son up of extra classes this summer. Thank you Bravo for all that you do to lift and inspire learners.

Our latest dance teacher has no control of the class. In the latest class the teacher allowed a kid to throw a ball at my daughters head and upon my wife going in to correct the issue the teacher softly told the kid No resulting in my daughter being pelted in the face.The lack of control lead to a lack of learning. Many parents use the class as a daycare option, so this may be great if you want somewhere to bring your kid and don’t care about the lack of control they have in the environment.Needless to say we will skip any further activities and preschool here.

My nephew was in this daycare. They do not work very well with kids. A kid acts up at all, they just call you and have you pick up your kid. My nephew did great at school, but according to this daycare, he was a problem child and too difficult to handle. We moved him to ABC and immediately he went from problem child to wonderful kid. Absolute night and day difference. I would never trust this place with one of my own kids. Seems like they either have no idea how to care for kids or they dont just dont want to. I want a daycare who actually cares about the kids. BTW, my experience was similar to some of the other reviews. My nephew was also four and the teacher made very similar claims about him as another reviewers child. Maybe it was just that teacher that wanted to sit and get paid for nothing.

We love love love Bravo!!! Weve done preschool, karate, hip hop and tumbling, ballet, tumbling, and summer camps. My kids love the classes, the teachers are great, the staff is great, its all great! The unlimited make up days are sooo nice!

Awesome! I have been going here for almost two years now and it is amazing. I first started with a vocal teacher that has now left Bravo, and she was super nice and started me up well with lessons. I have a teacher now, (Bonnie Johnson), and she is amazing. She teaches me great techniques to help me with my voice. The front desk people and theory people are nice and willing to help with everyones needs. Awesome job Bravo.

Our family absolutely loves Bravo daycare. My two girls love their teachers so much! (thank you Ms Pierce!!!! and all the other teachers too!) my girls have a place that they are comfortable with when my husband and I are at work. We also love that they have date nights available too! the cost is great and the kids get pizza, crafts, tumbling, movie, friends, etc. We have also used their summer camps and my girls really enjoyed those as well and learned a lot. thank you bravo!

I would highly recommend Bravo! My daughter (4) loves it! She has made new friends and her teacher Mrs. Peterson has given her such a love for dancing! Her teacher makes her feel loved, empowered, and special! The front desk staff has always been so kind and helpful! They are always there to greet you with a friendly smile when you walk in. My daughter is currently enrolled in preschool and tumbling and we are loving it. She loves her teachers and shes always looking forward to seeing them. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We recently had the Halloween Carnival event there and it was great. You can feel the sincerity and care of the teachers for all their student. Would highly recommend.

This is my second child that I have taken to Bravo. And I have absolutely loved the experiences Ive had there. They are very organized, and are great at keeping parents informed of what is going on. I have loved the 2 teachers that my kids have had. They are so loving of the children, and are as excited as the kids are when the light bulb goes off in the kids heads. I will DEFINITELY register my 3rd child when they become of age!!

I have been really impressed with Bravo on all levels. Their staff has all been great! They really care about all of the kids. My kids love their arts programs too!

Bravo has teachers that care about students and useful ways to keep track of progress. They also offer free trial classes, so you can see if you really want to invest in them.

I took my daughter to Bravo about a year ago. It was life changing. We loved Bravo. The rooms seemed clean, there were cameras, the teachers worked well with our daughter. Now fast forward to when she moved from the 3s to the 4s. The new teacher seemed to tattle on our daughter, complaining she had all the problem children in her class. She would let our daughter do whatever she wanted with no structure. Then one day a subsitute gave our daughter a nurse maids elbow. We filed a police report but Bravo would not cooperate with the police so it went to the detectives, who they also would not cooperate with. Then magically our daughter started to have a behavioral issue of running away from her teacher. They could only show me footage of one event and she was playing with the teacher (trying to get the teacher to play with her), not actually running away from her. They would also say she would run out of the building, but it would be into the fenced in playground. After the second write up for this behavior, we spent an hour with the assistant director and the regional director putting a plan into place to help the teacher with my daughter. IT NEVER WAS PUT INTO PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL. So within the space of two months we went from absolutely loving this place to hating it. Our daughter has now been terminated due to behavioral issues that were not present two months prior to her nurse maid elbow injury. With such fear that we would file a lawsuit against them, they (Bravo) did whatever they could to get her out. I would not advise putting your four year old at this daycare. Such a waste of money and time.

As a single mom during a global pandemic schools were closed and I no longer needed childcare. My daughter would be sad to leave her friends, but she was already exposed to enough colds and coughs. I first asked to put my daughters tuition on hold but because she was only there 3 full days I didn’t qualify. I thought it over, over the weekend, and decided I needed to just withdraw her. I am a healthcare worker, and while I am not on the front lines in a hospital or testing clinic my job is essential and I will be working outside, with patients and frequently with drs and nurses that are on the front lines of this crisis. My decision wasn’t just about my daughter or my finances (although as a single mom that was a HUGE part). I could have continued to take my daughter to Bravo, perhaps one day unknowingly exposing all of the children and staff to COVID-19. I chose to withdraw her instead. I had no way of knowing when they would close schools and therefore was not able to give their mandatory 2 weeks withdraw notice, as a consequence I was charged over $250, 2 weeks of full tuition and then withdraw fees. My daughter could have continued to attend through the 2 weeks notice, but is that what you would have wanted? I kept my kids home. I began social distancing and out of concern for my family, your family and our community.I understand, this “2 weeks notice” is what I agreed to when I signed up for childcare and in a normal world I would not expect anything less than to abide by strict policy, but this is NOT a normal world.And when asked there was nothing you could do for me.**edited to add on 4/15** after a month of emails and phone tag, I was finally able to speak with the owner Angy. She is very kind, and through my heightened emotions we were able to come to an agreement. Thank you.

We LOVE Bravo! Our kids have been going here for 6 years and have gone from toddler music and tumble classes through preschool, karate, art, and music classes. Our 3 kids just love the school. The teachers and staff are amazing and care for our kids like their own. Parent Date Nights are great and the Club Camps are wonderful! Our kids all look forward to their classes and I cant recommend them enough! If you want a great school, great teachers, and a wonderful place for your kids to flourish, go to Bravo!!!

My kids and I love Bravo! The staff is really supportive, encouraging and cheerful! All of them! It is definitely an environment I want my children to be in. The teachers genuinely enjoy little kids! It is so refreshing and definitely a culture we want to be a part of. My children are in several classes, and Bravo makes a point to regularly showcase their progress. It is delightful.

The perfect preschool for my little one!I enrolled my daughter in the 3 year old preschool (twice a week) and have been so happy. Though it was hard to work into my budget sending my daughter here, but I think it was very much worth it! My daughter struggles with pretty bad anxiety, so the tiny class size and familiar faces everyday have helped her so much! She seems way more comfortable around other people, and as an added bonus she is learning her alphabet having fun and coming home singing the cutest songs!! Worth every penny!

Great Facility and AMAZING teachers!!! My son has been going to Bravo Daycare since he was 2 and has thrived in their care! The teachers and staff genuinely care about the kids they care for. My son LOVES going to daycare everyday and comes home all smiles at the end of the day telling me about all the cool stuff he did during the day. Communication is amazing between the teachers and parents. I always know what is going on and how my son did in class that day. If I have any concerns the staff takes those concerns seriously and they are taken care of promptly.The Karate classes and instructors are awesome and teach the kids at their pace. I love the fact that my son can attend daycare and karate at a place where I know he is safe and that the teachers care for his well being and safety!!Thank you BRAVO for everything you do for my son and my family!

We thought our child had left the worst day care possible, man we were mistaken. Do not take your children here unless you want to deal with teachers who dont care, and can not handle children and are UNWILLING to try anything beyond what they think is the best thing and then kick your child out. Leadership who also doesnt care or do a single thing to help. A daycare that hires people who physically INJURE children. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We have done dance classes at Bravo and we look forward to Kindergarten in the fall. The staff is professional, welcoming, and very approachable! I love that we can make up lessons at other times as well, so I dont feel like I have wasted money when my child is ill or we are out of town. We are looking forward to more wonderful experiences over the years!

This location is so spacious. I definitely feel like Im getting a quality daycare. The staff members are so positive and friendly. I immediately felt relieved knowing this wasnt the average daycare.

I have a son that loves Bravo for his tumbling class. I love that I have so many options to choose from and can schedule classes that best fit in our schedule. His teachers are always so positive and cheerful. My daughter also takes Piano and they have perfect beginner level classes where shes not intimidated or overwhelmed by starting out with the piano. So far all the teachers and staff has been wonderful!

Throughout my time at Bravo I have not only learned how to play the piano but also the theory and proper technique behind becoming a successful musician. After I felt confident in piano I started taking voice and recently guitar. Each teacher I have had at Bravo is skilled and a joy to learn from! Mr. Santana has made learning the guitar fun for me, he adapts his lessons based on what my strengths are and continually answers my over the top questions about the instrument in a way that someone who is just barley starting can understand!

Im happy to say today is my last day visiting Bravo! I had two children come here since they were just babies, we participated in classes from karate, piano to tumbling and hip hop dance as well as daycare, preschool and kindergarten and many after school programs.We enjoyed the staff, teachers and every little performance - thanks for all the memories!

Our family loves Bravo! We love the small classes and the positive teachers! We love the year end program as we dont have to spend many weekends at dance competitions! We love the parent-week activity as it allows the parents to see what students are learning in class.

The owner is personable and dedicated to service. While waiting for the staff to clear up a mistake in scheduling, the owner stepped in to see if she could resolve the issue herself. We were pleasantly surprised to realize who was helping us and to receive such quality service. She was able to help us quickly and efficiently. Very happy with our choice to patronize this business.

My kids have gone here for about a year. One in a karate class and one in a dance class. They have switched teachers a few times but we have always been pleased with the teachers. The teachers are very knowledgeable and know many tips and tricks to teach kids the basics. We love Bravo!

We LOVE Bravo!! I have a 21 month old son in the FREE toddler tumbling class and a 3 year old daughter in Ballet and they both love their classes. I love that there is a parent viewing area to watch my daughters class and there are toys available for my son to play with while his sisters class is going on. The staff is friendly and the facility is wonderful. The teachers seem to genuinely care for the kids and do a great job.

I have had 3 of my children go to Bravo. What I like is that we get to try the class first with no sign-up. Most of the time it works out and we have signed up, but I am so glad I have the option. My kids love the routine of going and look forward to their visit. They do enjoy their instructors too!

We LOVE Bravo. We just moved to the area this past year and Bravo has been the best! My two year old son has gone to both the daycare and the preschool. All of the staff and teachers are so kind and welcoming. He looks forward to going every time. Bravo has a great nurturing environment for children, wonderful facility and playground, and an amazing staff. Would give it more stars if I could :)

I’m just disappointed with the overall experience at Bravo. Included in the lessons is the theory lessons. There is rarely anyone there to facilitate this, so I have to fumble through figuring it out to teach my child. So there is little added value with this so called benefit. We do like the piano instructor and would go to her if she wasn’t affiliated with Bravo because dealing with Bravo has been frustrating and leads me to just want to be done with this company.

I have been teaching piano lessons at Bravo for the past year. I love the piano program! Bravo offers group and private piano lessons. It is a fun, safe, and friendly environment to learn in. Students learn quickly and are so excited when they advance through levels! I also love that students get to choose a piece that they want to learn...this makes it so fun!

I have 3 kids. We have enjoyed the many learning services offered here. We started 8 years ago with preschool and karate. And now do dance/tumbling and piano. All of the teachers we have worked with have been kind, knowledgeable, and have help my kids learn the subjects well.

My son is currently enrolled at Bravos daycare. My wife picked him up today and he had a very large bump on his forehead. There were 3 teachers supposedly watching his entire class, yet not one saw what happened. This isnt the first time something like this has happened, but I feel the need to write a review based on the size of the injury and the apparent lack of supervision. This is not an attempt to slander or denigrate any of the staff at Bravo. I sincerely appreciate the care that they have provided for my son the vast majority of the time. With that being said, it is also apparent that policies and or procedures are not in place to prevent occurrences such as this one. For example, I believe state law mandates a 1:7 teacher to child ratio for 2 year old children. There have been instances where this ratio was not adhered to, thereby compromising the ability of the teachers to adequately supervise properly. I understand that there will be accidents, especially at this age and while I dont know if the aforementioned uneven ratio was the case with my sons incident, I am 100% certain that it is unacceptable in any scenario for a 2 year old to hit his head with 3 teachers around and not one witnessed the cause or the extent of the injury.

I enrolled my 4 yr old son in their preschool program and have been delighted about the progress my son has made in writing and recognizing letters and their sounds! The teacher is wonder with the children! My son loves going and wants to tell my about all the awesome stuff they did!

Bravo is an absolutely amazing business. I have taken many classes with them over an eight year period. From voice, piano, guitar, and dance. The staff is amazing. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

I enrolled my 4yr and 2yr in August of 2015. I have loved every moment so much so I decided to become an employee at the beginning of 2016. This gave me the opportunity to enroll my children in more arts academy classes. I feel so blessed to have a fun job, and such a great environment for my children to learn. I bring my children to work with me at Riverdale, and put them in the daycare for a few hours when I teach. The first day I walk in their daycare facility I called my husband to tell him it looked like Patch Adams designed it! The training is topnotch, and I love everyone there. If your looking for a place thats a great environment for learning and fun, this is it!!!

We have had a wonderful experience at the Bravo Arts Academy. Both of my children have totally enjoyed the art and tumbling classes. The teachers are respectful and knowledgeable in their fields. I would fully recommend this facility to anyone seeking advancement in the arts.

Bravo Arts Academy is the best place I have ever worked. I have taught piano here for the last four years, and I have definitely grown as a person as a result. Every employee is so kind and trustworthy. You know youre in a good place when you dont have to worry about locking up your belongings in the break room, because anyone who works at Bravo is reputable and there to make a difference in the lives of children. The leadership at Bravo is very supportive, helping every teacher know exactly what is expected of them and also makes sure that all departments run smoothly and consistently. You never have to worry that another teacher isnt doing things properly because training is thorough and precise. I appreciate the way Bravo invests in top-notch equipment so that every student uses the best of whats out there, which makes you feel like they are getting a great value for everyone program they offer. I would recommend Bravo to anyone looking for employment or an education program for their children.

My husband and I were in the process of buying a house so we took our daughter put of daycare so we could put her in the 2 year old preschool. We were on the waiting list but she got in really fast! I love how they have a preschool for 2 year olds!!! She loves going and she loves her music and movement class too!! Bravo was a perfect fit for us since it is only 2 blocks from the house..

They have a wonderful staff there. Ive never had an issue that wasnt resolved quickly by them. I have a son who takes guitar and drawing lessons there. He thoroughly enjoys his teachers and is quickly improving his skills.

We absolutely love Bravo Arts Academy for our little girl. She is in preschool and ballet and has simply blossomed since starting school there. We plan on putting our son in next year too. Awesome teachers and just overall a great facility

My daughter is enrolled in Preschool and tumbling, and she loves every minute of it. She learns so much, and the teachers are fantastic! Last year my daughter got really sick. I got a call from the OWNER just to check on her, and see how she was doing. They really care about their students. I recommend them to everyone!

We loves this school, they let us tried many classes different teachers before decide to choose one, we can also change classes. Our daughter love all her teachers and substitute teachers they are so carrying and patient to their students, the front desk people are so friendly they always welcome us walk in with a smile. We are looking forward for our daughter classes in the future.

Ive loved taking piano lessons at Bravo. Bravo has taught me more than just how to play, but how to express myself through playing. Every teacher Ive had at Bravo has helped me grow in some way.

My seven year old son is taking the hip hop dance/tumbling class. I was unsure at first how much hed like it, being that hes a boy in a girl dominated field. I, of course, did not want that to stop him from doing what he liked! Let me tell you, he LOVES it. He cant wait for class every week and his confidence is growing. The instructors work with the group and also individually if one kid is struggling more than the others. Its definitely a team oriented activity.

This place is completely rude.I went and took a tour and the woman was completely rude when I asked questions. I told her my child had a speech impairment and she turns to me and says then maybe this school is not for her. I was appalled that someone would say that in front of my child. I just looked at her with tears in my eyes and said how can you say that in front of my child it is not her fault she is like that and she deserves to go a school like this like anyone else. I suggest you teach youre staff how to treat people and customer service and ALSO dont TREAT MY CHILD LIKE SHE IS DIFFERENT WHEN SHE IS NOT.

Our son and daughter are loving Bravo! Our daughter loves her tumbling class that she gets for free while being a full time day care student. We recommend Bravo to everyone!

I love bravo! I waited for a year on the waiting list just to enroll my daughter. The best decision ive made. Great staff, clean center, and wonderful teachings.

Love the way each of my grand daughters, with their own individual talents & skills, is able to come and be taught. They each receive positive reinforcement appropriate to their age and needs.

We love Bravo! My daughter looks forward to class every week! The teachers are all very friendly and great with kids, they know all their names. Even the ones that arent in their class!

My girls participate in the tumbling and dance class and they LOVE it. They repeat what they learned and get a token to pick out a treat after class. The teacher and staff are so nice and very patient:)

My kids have been going to Bravo for over 4 years now, and we will never go anywhere else! We love Bravo!! My kids have attended preschool, kindergarten and different arts academy classes and have loved it all!!

My lil is enrolled in daycare and in dance classes. He loves both and gets excited to play with his teachers. Teachers seem accessible and easy to talk to. We love Bravo!

My son was always excited to go to pre school! He always came home with a smile on his face. The staff is awesome, I wish they had a Bravo in Salt Lake City! I would take my son in a heartbeat. He loved his school.

Our little boy has been at the Bravo daycare for a year and a half. We really love it. We had a bit of a rough start, since he was just 3 months old at the time but the staff continued to show us comfort. Now, he loves his teachers and loves going. He learns so much every day. My Daughter loves her 4yr old class! Mr. Helquist and the other teachers in there are dedicated to each child. The only part that we dont like very much is leaving our little one in the cafeteria in the early morning where they group everyone before splitting them into their classes when you drop them off early, BUT they have security measures that help calm those fears for anxious parents-ok Im talking about all those anxious Mommies out there. 😉But we love Bravo!

As an adult, I didnt know what to expect from guitar lessons. I am glad I gave them a try. I like how the program is set up, and the office staff, specifically Hayley, are always very helpful.

Since I started at Bravo, a great interest has been placed in me and my musical style. Great instructors and amazing staff!

My nephew has taken teen piano classes here and the teacher is negative, rude, and talks down to the children. She was short tempered with a particular student each week whose parents weren’t in the class with him. If you’re thinking of enrolling you’re children here please reconsider.

I have been taking piano lessons here for 12 years and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The staff is fantastic and helpful, and all of the teachers are very supportive and are great at what they do.

I am a mother of 4 children. Needless to say life can get a little hectic. I am very thankful that, finally my teen-age daughter has found a place that she enjoys. I was at a loss at finding extra curricular activities. We heard about Bravo Arts Academy through her school and she has been attending the art classes for a month.

As an employee I feel valued. As a teacher, I have great directors to help me. I know the students are loved and the first concern of the school staff. Im amazed at the diversity of classes and opportunities to learn. Thanks Bravo. DeLaine Oyler

This is for daycare only:We put our two girls (now 1 and 3) on the wait list for the day care in Clearfield for a full time spot for both of them. When we got them on the list, we were told that within six months, we would have a spot for them. Every time I called to check on the progress, the wait time was getting considerably longer instead of shorter. After four months (!) we were told that if we put one of the girls on a part time spot, they become a “VIP” and automatically jump on top of the list to be offered a full time spot.After five months on the wait list, we decided to discuss this matter personally with the director of the daycare. She promised us to overwrite the wait list and put our two girls on the top to make sure that within the next four weeks they would both get a full time spot. We were very happy and asked her numerous times if we understood her right which she confirmed. Two days later, she emailed us a link to the website where the owner of the daycare and arts academy explains the wait list procedure. We called the director again to confirm what we discussed and – surprise! - you would need to be a “VIP” to jump on top of the list. She didn’t say a word about this during our discussion and broke her promise in every regard.If you think we are just upset parents trying to feel better by bashing someone else, you should know that we informed the owner and gave her a chance to react to our reproaches. She wrote us an email with lots of smilies and told us between the lines that in the daycare business it’s all about trust and that she doesn’t trust us but the director.If you have the time and financial resources for a very long wait time, become a Very Important Payer and get a part time slot for your kids. Be sure to watch the video on the Bravo website beforehand. The owner herself will tell you that it’s basically impossible to get siblings in at the same time.If you need a reliable daycare partner who runs the facility with professionalism, honesty and reliability, go find another provider.
