I found all your products to be of the best quality. The most outstanding part of your business is the employees and the way they treat your customers. I am far from what you consider a traditional bicycle rider, but I recently purchased an electric bicycle from another company and your employees were so professional and took the time to speak to someone like me to help inform me better about accessories and things that I would need for a bike that I did not even purchase from you. Your guys in Clearwater Josh, James, Patrick were All outstanding its amazing how customer service like that can really make someone feel. I went into your store with a little hesitation on how I would be treated as the stores that I have been to in Massachusetts have not been very welcoming . All I did was go into the store to poke around and familiarize myself with actual product in hand and your staff helped me so much I left with the most appropriate things that I need it for my new bike both comfort and safety wise. I was looking for a more comfortable seat and Joshua brought me to the direction where I really needed to go which was buying a helmet and some Daytime lighting , Im not one to wear a helmet but his experience really made me make my decision on what I needed . I purchased the seat, helmet and the lighting! Purchased their software in 2008, Had trouble with it from the start, Their support was terrible. When I called support they always said it wasnt working right because I needed to pay for an upgrade. When I pay for something I expect it to work. If something in the software is broken I should not have to pay for patches to fix shoddy programming. I lost $500 to this company, eventually I just threw the craptastic software in the trash. I do not recommend anyone purchase their software.

The BobCAD_CAM software was an integral part of our launch into the CNC manufacturing world. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get started in CNC machining. There support team is outstanding and the software is very affordable, you can get started and then add software as you need it.

BobCAD-CAM software is simply amazing. We bought the first version (V21) for the price and we bought 8 more versions for the power! We have been BobCAD customers for over 10 years now and I have been impressed that they seem to add new features just as Im pushing the current version to the limits. That tells me they listen to their customer base and are constantly developing to improve the software.We use 3D surfacing techniques extensively, even on 2 dimensional prismatic parts. The Advanced Roughing and Adaptive High Speed Roughing toolpaths extend tool life and are gentler (on your old and new machines alike) than traditional toolpaths designed for slower HSS corn-cob type pocket roughing.The Dynamic Machining Strategies seem like a simple concept but shaves hours off of complex programming with the ability to reuse geometry with multiple tools and types of toolpath. If you find you have a system of roughing, semi-finishing and finishing a 3D part, save it as a DMS and re-use it as many times as you want, on as many parts as you want.The Pro Simulation is one of the best features of BobCAD. You can be as simple or detailed as you want to be and the accuracy is as good as what you put into it. We machine many parts that take hours to produce and because it is so easy to properly simulate, we always take the time to run it through the simulation and then through the outstanding Predator Editor Backplot. We maintain a near zero scrap rate.BobCAD-CAM software is one of the best CAM softwares out there at any price, the price just makes it that much more attractive! We are happy to use it in our shop nearly every day.
