I have had four of my kids graduate from CCHS and have found the experience to be 100% positive. All of them got into the college of their choice - two Gators, a Seminole and a Knight - and all of them were prepared to do the work at the next level. Im not sure how to evaluate a school as hypocritical as schools dont have beliefs. The teachers and administrators are loving, supportive and model Christian values. The students who attend and parents who volunteer are as varied as youd expect a large private school to be - and the excellent extracurricular programs for sports, music and the arts are top notch. I would recommend this school to anyone without hesitation.

As a parent of three students that graduated from CCHS, I am so thankful for the leadership, activities, academics and Christian education they received. There are so many wonderful opportunities for the students to participate in such as: the arts, sports, clubs, etc. Students are truly loved and cared for by the staff and the students feel so welcomed. My kids have been blessed with wonderful relationships with their teachers and continue communicating with them on a regular basis while in college and post-college. I cant encourage you enough to go visit the school and see how awesome it really is!

Im giving this zero stars. Please never send your child to this school, Im begging you. Everyone at this school is so fake. They claim to be Christians but they are not. They are all hypocrites. This school made me depressed. I felt like they didnt care about me what so ever, they just wanted my parents money. They literatly stalk you and drug test you without consult. They favor the kids at the school whose parents have donated money too, if you dont they will not care about you at all. Coming from a former student, and my parents who hate this school, please never ever send your child here. It will be the worst mistake of your life.

If you are looking for a Christian school, do not pick this one. The principal is a hypocrite. I have never seen such fake christians in all my life. This school plays favorites. If you donate to this school, then your child will be fine, or if your child is a star player in any sport, you will be fine. However, if you are just coming into this school without any of that, look out! They will drug test you randomly, which is not at all randomly. I found it interesting that they did not drug test the star athletes until the season was over. Coincidence? I doubt it. Our child said that there was more drugs and sex going on in this school than the public school that they came from. If you child breaks a law in the handbook, then you the parent have to pay a fine, unless your child is favored, then the offense is overlooked. I wish someone would have talked to me before I enrolled my child at this school, it would have saved me financially and it did damage to my child. I have to keep trying to do damage control on what they did to my child. My child is in college now and still talks about the FAKE administration at the Christian school that they attended. You just expect that when you send you child to a Christian school that it will be a safe place. Dont be fooled like we were.

A sound, Christian based high school dedicated to excellence in academics, personal development, and athletics! The staff is caring and attentive to the needs of each unique student. The facilities are ever evolving into advancement. My two children, one graduate who achieved athletic scholarship status in baseball and another graduating soon have greatly benefitted from the high standards set forth for them to suceed in life. It has been a true priviledge to attend such an all around great high school. Moral integrity, charachter and accountability are sought after for all students. Thankyou Mr.Kilgore for leading so many young students into their futures to pursue their dreams of success! A+ school!!

As a parent, it brought me great sadness explaining to to our son that Calvary Christian High School retracted their acceptance of him, after reconsidering and discriminating against him due to his 504 accommodations for his ADHD disability. As a parent, is was heart-breaking watching our son quietly internalize the rejection and watching the excitement he derived from being accepted at CCHS wash from his face, and understand that the rejection was due to his disability he is fighting to overcome. Our son felt that if he fit anywhere safely and was on the right path, he was right with God.Prior to our application and while assessing CCHS’s fit for our son, we carefully inquired regarding the school’s acceptance of the McKay Scholarship and school’s ability to meet his specific needs.I personally introduced our sons accommodations with CCHS admissions director, Donella, during our tour of the school. She assured me that our sons needs were within the schools capabilities.I personally discussed our sons needs following our attendance of the Question/Answer meeting with with the school headmaster, David. He discussed at length the schools ability and infrastructure to accommodate our son. With that, we believed CCHS was a special place and the right place for our son. We applied, under encouragement from staff at CCHS.After reviewing our sons academic performance (B+ student), letter of recommendation, and interview, CCHS accepted him. After review of his 504 plan, the school later rescinded its acceptance.Today, our sons accommodations are easily met at his public middle school, as demonstrated by his academic performance record.Simply, our son needs help with time management, refining his organization and study skills, ensuring he understands instructions on broad concepts.CCHS has missed the mark in achieving it’s vision and mission, as our son has fierce independent determination and drive and work ethic, is quietly passionate, highly unique and devours subjects he is excited about, and would have been a role model Christian and great advocate for the school.I can only conclude CCHS is more interested in developing an elitist and separatist school, focusing on the best students it can recruit, instead of helping all of God’s unique children develop.
