This is a fantastic school, but most importantly Diana Fink is an incredible teacher. I took the 4 day CPSR course and it was very educational. Diana made learning very easy and I walked out of that class not only with the knowledge I need but also the confidence to succeed in this field. Not only does she teach you the information, but she gives you real life scenarios for almost everything you learn. I highly recommend that if you need to take an insurance course, Diana Fink is the one you will want to learn from!! Never a dull moment and the time flew by.

I completed a course at Central Insurance School with instructor Ms. Diana Fink. I had a great experience Diana was knowledgeable and had a way of getting through to everybody in class and virtually. The format (virtual learning) was amazing you didnt have to worry about tech issues help was on standby immediately. Diana did her utmost best to make the process seamless and efficient. She always took time for questions and to make sure we were all understanding what we were learning.Diana was very detailed and had a great!!!! sense of humor, This made the class even more enjoyable also the days/class flew by and Diana never failed to remind us that our success was her primary focus. WOW!! there are no words to describe how incredible this school is! Here in Florida, you only get five attempts and I had completed #4. I kept failing over and over! I was devastated and had almost given up hope! I called and talked to Kirra at the front desk with pure desperation. She was so nice and encouraged me to give the school a chance.. I am a former teacher of 17 years and I have learned what works and what doesnt with my students. I was very pleased that Diana Fink uses many of the techniques that I found successful. She repeats things with a certain intonation in her voice that creates a memorable peg that your brain will hang the information on example: FIRE! If you have taken her class that would make sense. Also she uses stories that introduce emotion in what could have been a lecture where it is difficult to stay focused. The emotion is tied to feelings and feelings are easer to recall than words. For example most married couples remember how they felt on their wedding day but very few can remember the exact words that were spoken. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things I witnessed in Diana Finks class but, I dont want to give away all her trade secrets. You will just have to see for yourself when you take her class. Thank you Diana! You are a Master Educator!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and I learned alot of information but feel the lack of enforcement of masks were an issue. I was told when I signed up that masks were to be worn at all times which allowed me to feel comfortable signing up for in person class. This was not the case as more people were not wearing masks than those that were. I also found that with each day we attended less and less were coming with a mask. It was disappointing and misleading to say the least. I also feel that as a prominent business they should practice due diligence and be a leader in our community. Please use caution when attending in person classes.
