Zoey, age 11, loves Taekwondo with Coach Kody. I am Zoey’s great grandmother and 3 nights a week we get to spend time together and learn Taekwondo too. Coach Kody has a seating area where parents, grandparents, etc. can watch the kids have fun doing all their Taekwondo moves. The kids, girls and boys ages 6-12, get a great workout and Coach Kody makes sure each kid is working to get each Taekwondo move just right. They love it and work hard. Taekwondo is more physical (sparring) than football in my opinion (2 great grandsons on football teams). Zoey’s Taekwondo is in air conditioning whereas the boys’ football is in boiling sun with thunderstorm delays or rainouts. Thanks to Taekwondo and football we have been able to get our great grandkids off their computers, tablets, phones, and Xboxes and we have something in common to enjoy and talk about. Thanks Coach Kody.

I enlisted my grandson for the classes and he has grown and learned so much. The quality of the equipment, the safety and Coachs dedication to each or the students is exceptional. My grandson participated in his first competition and did extremely well. I will recommend Coach Kody to anyone. Extremely professional.

He is one of the best coaches I have seen, his dedication and love for what he does truly shows. He is always attentive to what the kids need and what is best for them. Coach Kodylee is incredibly hardworking, passionate, & dedicated. I personally see how much time he spends devoting his time to Ksport & everyone that attends his classes, whether theyd be young or older— Coach Kody is always patient and knowledgeable. Hes been doing this for years, so I completely trust that hes well educated and prepared to teach these classes. Ive attended his kickboxing classes & I absolutely got my butt kicked...I LOVED IT. You get your moneys worth while enjoying what you do. Definitely recommend this place—first class is free btw!

Coach Kody is positive and committed. Each work out is completely different so I’m never bored which keeps me coming for more. He pushes you to your limit and motivates you to go one step further!
