My daughter attends this day care and two weeks later I had to take her to the Emergency room. She was bitten by a bug and when I arrived to pick her up she could not move her leg. My daughter sat in pain for more than three hours. When asked around what happened to my daughter the only response I received was nothing, I spoke with the director of the facility and she kept saying I dont know. There is a lot more to this story than I can explain. In short my daughter was limping for five days. I am not exaggerating my husband and I have been so emotionally distraught with having to watch our daughter in so much pain. This daycare should be shout down to make matters worse I went to pick up the rest of my daughter things the Assistance Director said to me no lie WHAT DO YOU NEED? as if I was annoying her. The staff showed no sympathy as to what happened to my daughter and the Director had the nerves to ask me if I wanted to bring my daughter in for pictures, meanwhile she is still limping in pain. My daughter by the way is only 2 years old. She has gone through more than you could imagine. Enclosing they didnt given call me to tell my my daughter was walking funny. Can you imagine how long she was sitting there in pain? (broken heart) Please DO NOT take your child to this daycare... the worse I have ever experience.... Please do not take your child here at all. You will regret it.... Mrs. Murray ( on my husbands email)

ATTENTION MOMS. Now that I have moved my son out of RClub (13348 US-19 Clearwater) I want to warn you all NOT to use this facility. I am not the person to bash another company/person but this was such an awful experience that I do not want any of you to experience what my child had to go through. Just a little background on our situation...Day 1: I met with my sons new teacher who I never met before. The first thing she said was I just thought you were his sister in a very rude way. She said this in front of another staff member who also realized the lady had said it in insulting way (I am a young mother) anyway, she was not friendly or welcoming and did not communicate with me any further. I get people have bad days so I didnt think to much into it. Weeks go on and the lady has now made another snarky comment to my fiance (not the father of my son) Her comment was I thought you were JUST his uncle Again rude and insulting my family. I found this out just a week ago.2 Weeks later: My fiance would take/pick up my son from RClub since he worked closer to the facility, so if I came to pick up it was a drop in aka not usual timing for one of us to be there. On THREE occasions I went to the daycare in a matter of 2-3 weeks.1st Incident- I came to pick up. My son (3 1/2) is covered in Pee and has his shoes on opposite feet (covered in cold pee as well) I get it. Accidents happen. The girl acted as she had no idea2nd Incident- Came to pick up again. Son covered in cold pee again. I emphasize cold because it was not warm as if it happened recently. I ask the lady did you not know he had an accident? her response Yeah I know. Meanwhile, she was not doing anything about it or notifying another staff member. At this point I am trying to enroll my son in a new facility(I did not tell the staff this)3rd Incident- This was the incident that was the most unprofessional, careless, and insulting. I go to pick up my son and he is lined up ready to go outside. I look at the teacher and ask How did he do today? Her response He was really sad today. He was having a fit on the potty. *This is all she said* I respond Oh no. I wonder if he didnt get much sleep or something. I proceed to my son to give him a hug and of course he is covered in COLD pee and poop.. It was obvious that he was sitting in the same clothes for easily over 2 plus hours. At this point I am now irritated since it is the 3rd incident in a short matter of time. I ask the lady What is going on here? I do not understand why he is having so many accidents here and why I am continuing to see him sitting in soiled clothes? Her response I will not hold a child against their will on the toilet This does not make any sense to me.. My child IS POTTY TRAINED AND DOES NOT HAVE ACCIDENTS. He was having accidents 2 times a day here...I now have him pulled out of the daycare and reached out to the director/front desk person to notify them that my son will not be returning. The staff did not care to ask If something happened, Was there a problem, etc. After I stated he would not be coming back because of his teacher.

They would not allow my wife to take shelter under their awning when it was pouring down rain when she was traveling home from work with her electric bike. Very inconsiderate person to blame, hope it does not reflect everyone that works here. (Edit): It was at the 13348 US-19, Clearwater, FL 33764 location.

Teachers here are either great or extremely rude to the parents and not quite as tending towards childrens injuries as they should be. Repeatedly not notifying parents of injuries. Rude when asked about them.

My daughter and I both love it here. Im not sure why people are reviewing so harshly. Maybe because it has to do with their kids but they are kind of nit picking. I would like to touch on a few things Ive seen others comment on in their reviews. They do accident reports but not for a normal bump or scrape you would get on the playground. I for one am thankful for this because they are young kinds and paperwork for each booboo is a lot. They give you a slip or sheet each day depending on how old your kid is. (mine is 3 now so she only gets a slip saying what she ate and how she slept ect) when they are younger you get one thats larger with bowel movements and such. Its very thorough. Im not sure what someone was saying when they said the teachers are mean maybe they have a different set of ppl than my daughter. but even teachers of other classes tend to know my name and say hello. On top of that the building is super secure playground is nice clean and safe and so is the building. They dont even wear shoes in the infant rooms! My daughter used to go to a horrible preschool on eastbay we were sick with stomach bugs every other week and my kid was actually getting hurt. This is a great daycare and preschool. A little pricey but worth it! The only bad I have to say is the parking lot is a sharp turn and sometimes my daughter is in a different class but thats usually because a teacher is sick or something.
