Beware of Hill college nursing program! The instructors are hateful, and make you feel disposable! Out of 12 lvn students only one passed the program the rest were eliminated by brutal instructors. Youll waste your time, and your money here! I strongly recommend looking into other colleges, if you are pursuing nursing.

I just went inside the admissions building. The accomidations & financial aid ladies are nice indeed && helpful. I look forward to starting school here in august ~💚~

I cant even imagine a less competent advising/admissions staff. First of all, someone made the decision to require students to enroll for classes in person, despite covid. No option to do it by phone or teleconference, which is inexcusable during a pandemic. Secondly, they allowed multiple counselors to take vacation during the weeks leading up to the enrollment deadline. The wait to speak to a counselor was 11 hours. Yes, you read that right - the wait was 11 hours!!! Arrived at 8 AM - with an appointment - to find the waiting room packed full of strangers who had no choice but to sit in close proximity to each other. So ironic considering this school prides itself on its health programs. Clearly there is nothing healthy about their ridiculous policies and operations.

The staff are very friendly and the classes are very informative!

My wife took a class here online and they are taking for ever to transfer her information that she pass her class, they also very expensive and thats why my wife going to a different college out of county is less expensive when it should be the other way around. We dont recommend classes online under this hill college.

I would not recommend this school. The staff is not welcoming. They are rather rude. You can ask 3 different people the same exact question and get 3 different answers. Its like no one knows anything.

Avoid the nursing program at the HILLSBORO campus. Having put three others through college, this campus and in specific, this nursing program is beset with problems. Nursing admin is unresponsive and program suffered Spring of 2019 due to changes made to combat cheating from prior semester. A letter has already been sent to the Board of Nursing from this years graduates. No followup from teaching staff, nursing admin, VP of learning and President of Hill college, and even less accountability.

My Husband went to this Community College. Even though it was under funded. He said the staff was genuinely concerned with students education! That was a long time ago

This school is horrible! The staff is rude and miserable, as if someone is forcing them to be there. My account is still on hold even though I sent my application in three weeks ago. I have called on several occasions to try and get this hold removed since they already have my application, and still nothing has been done. I just sat in the waiting room for three hours just for them to pull my application and take the hold off of my account so that I can register. It’s 2018 and they no longer offer online registration??? This is the most unorganized registration process I have ever had to experience! I will be taking my business to TCC where the staff is much nicer and they actually know what they’re doing!

People need to give this school the credit its due. Under-staffed, under-funded, they consistently OVER server the students. Another thing to consider, the haters, they get what they give.

Very poor communication from the college. They do not tell you books needed for the course until the first day of class. The lab hours for biology course are not readily available, and they tell you they go to 6 in the summer. However the reality is they close at 4 as they do not accept students after that time. Was told to take tests at the test center however needed scantrons to take the test but no one tells you until you are there taking the test.

Doesn’t matter what time of the year it is or what time of the day, Cleburne and Hillsboro never actually answer their phones. I always have to call Burleson to get transferred to a live person.

Dont get me wrong im sure that the teachers are wonderful but this colleges admins suck for lack of better words i have been on the phone with these people every single day since the begining of july and it is now mid august the only people who have been of any assistance are a woman named kathleen and one of the cosmotology teachers named mrs. adler im so disgruntled that i am highly considering withdrawing my application and finding another school that have better trained employees
