This is a great studio to learn ballroom dancing and Foster your skills. It’s so much fun! My husband and I started the classes as a date night idea, now we are signed up for continued classes to get better at dancing together.

Would you like a free 30 minute dance lesson for repeat phone calls for several months AND high pressure time share-esque sales pitches after the lesson? If so youve found the right place! Obviously heavy sarcasm here.Review:Its been over 2 months since we went for our free lesson. The lesson was fine, but nothing worth writing home about. We chose not to pursue continuing lessons with them after their package presentation due to the price of the lessons and the pressure they tried applying on us (if youre product or service is that good you should need to pressure people into buying it). I am STILL getting phone calls from these people saying we were nominated by the same person for a free 30 minute dance lesson! It doesnt matter how many times Ive asked them to take us off the list they will not stop calling. Do not go here, do not give them your number or you will regret it.

Fantastic teachers and they teach you so much. The atmosphere is super fun. My girl and I always have a great date night when we come to one of the classes 10/10

I had my first lesson tonight. I purchased a six private lesson package for my wife and myself. Our instructor, nick, was fantastic. He put me at ease and guided me with his hand on my shoulder the whole time. I actually learned four new dances.

The Arthur Murray Clermont studio is the best. The instructors are very friendly and truly make you feel comfortable. They are very patient when teaching and really care about making sure you have a great learning experience. Group classes are tailored to the appropriate dance level and all students interact in a fun and friendly manner. I highly recommend at least trying it out.

This studio is awesome, wonderful and incredibly fun! I thought I was too uncoordinated to dance, but my husband and I are dancing up a storm now! Its been on my bucket list to dance--so after 27 years of marriage my husband bought me a dance lesson for Christmas. Recently, after 4 months of lessons--we were practicing our dance moves on vacation--on a beautiful trail over several bridges--laughing and totally enjoying ourselves. Several onlookers were wondering if we were on our honeymoon! If you want to learn how to dance whether you’re a complete novice or experienced the first-rate team at Arthur Murray Clermont is unparalleled for this task. I started as a total novice and in six months they have completely turn my dancing around. I don’t feel awkward on the dance floor anymore and I love to dance. They have group classes every day and parties every Friday. They always have something going on, so you have plenty of time to dance. Each dance instructor has a unique teaching ability that will compliment many different people’s personalities. All instructors are excellent leads. If you’re high energy and can move and learn at a fast pace Nic is an exceptional instructor. He is passionate about dancing and it comes out when he teaches. He puts me at complete ease with his upbeat personality and quick smile. He always instinctively knows what to do to bring my dancing up to the next level. Devon is the most relaxed, calm, and patient person I’ve ever had the enjoyment of learning from. If you prefer a more of a laid back learning experience he is a excellent instructor. Jayson is another instructor that has an easy going personality and an infectious laugh that always makes me smile. He is a dreamy dance partner and phenomenal instructor. Joanne is in a league of her own, with a quick wit and a unique teaching style. She has a plethora of exercises to practice to take your dancing to the next level. She has a beautiful lilt, but don’t mistaken that pleasant voice as weakness. She is one tough cookie instructor, but an absolute pleasure to learn from. Christen is high energy with an incredible sense of humor. She has me smiling and laughing through my whole lesson. I can tell she loves her job and is positively charming. I’ve had group lessons with AnnMarie and she is the sweetest, kindest person. She always makes it an outright delightful group class. Sam is the director and I’ve had a group lesson with him. He is an amazing instructor. He is also the luxury liner of dance partners. It is an exhilarating experience dancing with him. In a short period of time these instructors have become my best friends and I have met so many wonderful other students. I can’t say enough terrific things about this group of instructors and students.

Nic & Sam are very knowledgeable instructors. They communicate well and are very encouraging. Everyone at the studio is very friendly and helpful. Great group of people working here always make me feel welcome every time I come in for a lesson :-)

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!My wife and I love Amanda and Dion. They have us doing dances we never thought we would be able to master and we are having a wonderful time doing all of them.I am especially proud of the Father/Daughter dance my daughter and I did in September. Dion and Amanda came up with a perfect dance for us to do that really surprised and impressed everyone at the reception. We nailed it and I give all the credit to Amanda and Dions advice, experience, professionalism and patience. I am now working on a very different dance to do with another daughter who is getting married in Mexico in January and I am certain it will be another amazing memory for us all. At Arthur Murray Clermont, I had my first lesson with Mr. Nic. When I entered the building I felt welcomed right away, Everyone was greeting me. When I first started Arthur Murray Dance Studio, I was a bit nervous, the class are very simple and the steps are easy to follow. So I was looking for a nice non-intimidating place to take classes, my instructor is very friendly, patient and very professional... I am new to the Florida area and needed an outlet not only to meet people but to find something fun to do!! OH MY Goodness. I found the right spot. I have deep down loved dancing and briefly took lessons 28 years ago. This was for me!! The instructors are AWESOME. Nic is my Main instructor. And Sam, Devin, Amelia and Joann are all so much fun. Extremely talented. Very Patient . Kind. Forgiving and FUN!!! I havent had this much fun in a very long time. I thought about dancing and knew of Arthur Murphy Studios, but never went to try it until New Beginnings asked me to be one of their dancers for their Dancing Under the Stars Gala. I not only fell in love with dancing, I signed up for additional classes and some events. I guess it is true, ballroom dancing is an addiction, I cannot get not get enough.It is not just dancing I love, the instructors are wonderful to work with as well. They have really made me feel like part of the family. I will come in stressed out from the day and leave with a smile on my face. We have a lot of fun during, before and after the lesson. My husband surprised me with dance classes at Arthur Murray Clermont this past summer. What I thought was only going be a few lessons has turned into months of hard work, plenty of laughs, and a lot of fun times, with Amanda and Dion leading us along the way. Their patience and expertise has turned us, two people with two left feet and no rhythm, into confident dancers. Highly recommend!

We took lessons here for our first dance at our November wedding, and couldnt be more thrilled with the results! Our guest couldnt believe how beautifully choreographed our dance was and the photos came out amazing. The instructor was so patient with me and my husband (neither of us have any rhythm) and it was so fun to practice with him up until the big day. I highly recommend dancing for any type of couple there is nothing more romantic or enjoyable and there is no where better to learn then here!

Its been almost a year and a half since my Wife and I started taking regular ballroom classes at Arthur Murray. We are a young couple and had never danced a day in our life. Caleb, Nick, Lina, Sam and the rest of the staff are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met and make each one of these lesson a great experience!

People that read these reviews are educated and smart and should know the facts. The classes are $134.00 per half hour. People should know this upfront also if you call the studio they will NOT give you any prices over the phone they will just offer you a free introductory lesson. I was one of those people and here is my story. When I first became a part of this dance studio I was thrilled. Did I learn how to dance? yes. I have renewed my package several times but after a change in management it wasnt a good fit for me so I parted ways. I was always told that I was part of their dance family. I guess this was a true statement as long as I paid $134 per class-which is the cost for each half hour session. This is very expensive and still I paid several thousands of dollars because it was Arthur Murray and we all know thats a well known name. I have bumped into some of the instructors and even the owner out in public and Im not even acknowledged. I will have to say that this is something that makes me truly sad. Not only a bad business move but just not a necessary way of being and not what the true Arthur Murray name stands for. I wouldnt, sadly, recommend them. After I posted my review they emailed me first denying seeing me then admitting to it and I accepted their apology after that I got a call from the owner Emily asking me to take down my review. Again this whole experience saddens me. I wish them the best but I also wish they would stand behind the true legacy of Arthur Murray. I wish to no longer be contacted by them as I have moved on. I hope this helps you if you are considering dancing there.

I have always loved dancing but never had the the time. When I found the Clermont studio I found a non judgmental, safe space, that allows me to build my confidence and learn dance at my own pace. The different types instructors allows you to pick the teaching style that most fits you. Sam and Nic are high energy; if you learn fast and like being pushed they are your guys. Shido and Stephanie are both even keeled. When I need on point breakdowns of steps, or if a lesson flew over my head, they are my go to. Steph also does kids lessons!!! Caleb is a mix of both. He breaks down the technical aspects wonderfully and lets you learn the joy of dance. I never thought I would be able to learn anything past a basic turn but I surprised myself. If youre looking for a place that allows you to be yourself, Arthur Murray is the place.

Ive been part of this dance family for about a year and 7 months. Its not an extremely long time, but certainly enough to have experienced whats at the core of this business and not just the superficial and trivial things.There was a period of fluctuations while changes in management and personnel took place, but it would honestly be unfair to focus a review on the one-off incidents rather than the AMAZING staff that works there.I have worked in one way or another with every instructor and they are fantastic, top-notch professionals. Their instructors follow a continued education/training regimen which guarantees that youll be receiving the very best quality instruction.The management of a business is one thing (and something that the average person typically doesnt get involved with except for those one-off instances), but the actual EXPERIENCE that you receive at the place from those who provide the service, is unparalleled. It is a family! They are very caring, respectful, and understanding.I came to Arthur Murray Dance Centers in Clermont without any previous dance experience, at all! I was a fantastic chair dancer and I could wiggle my butt off while cleaning or cooking, but thats as far as it went. In my time at Arthur Murray, Ive never been talked down to or made to feel insignificant. The instructors are very supportive of how far, how big and how fast you want to go. But to know this and to experience this, you have to actually spend some time there. Dont expect to get a good feel for a place if you walk out the door at the first chance you get.The cost is not cheap. That is true. But you get what you pay for and I see it as an INVESTMENT in myself. Dance is my therapy, and Id rather pay for dance therapy than any of the other therapies, including physical therapy and medication, which did not help my chronic pain illness.I am glad that I gave Arthur Murray a chance, and I am happy to have stuck around long enough to see them overcome the bumps and grow into the cohesive and strong family they are.

All of the teachers there are kind, patient, and very knowledgable which makes the learning experience so easy, quick, and a TON of fun! You learn sooooo much soooo quickly. Amanda, the owner and manager, is an absolute sweetheart and would do anything to put a smile on your face and help you learn to dance like you never thought you could. Whether its your by yourself or you want to take lessons with your partner, if your near Clermont, definitely check this place out. ;)

Fun! Fun! Fun! We both couldnt dance and now we are dancing the Rumba, Hustle, cha-cha, swing, two-step, waltz, foxtrot and just learned Samba line dance at their 80s party. I now firmly believe anyone can dance.
