Booked our first lesson online just based on google reviews, my wife and I had very little dance background and were interested in a choreographed first dance. From the 1st lesson to the last we had an amazing experience, the instructors were wonderful and in a low-pressure environment. An excellent experience if you are looking to connect, have fun, and enjoy your engagement that much more. Highly recommended.

We enrolled at Viva Dance Studio in preparation for our wedding first dance. We are not natural dancers but Parker helped us find our groove. We have enjoyed every opportunity to be back at the studio until the completion of our first dance. Not only did he put together an awesome choreography for such a special dance, he also had lots of helpful pointers to share that we never even thought about. We enjoyed working with Parker and we enjoyed every single lesson. We came to love dancing even if we were not dancers and we enjoyed performing our first dance on our wedding. Parker is surely very talented and very inviting which made working with him a lot like fun than stressful. We highly recommend Viva Dance Studio and Parker. If there was a 10 star rating, we would have given him one.

Viva is open! And whenever google asks me to review, I do - especially for a place as great as this.With COVID, the social dances arent a thing yet, but you can still get private lessons - with limited touching or no touching at all if you prefer. Like everywhere else, masks at all times. The space has been rearranged for fewer tight squeezes in the walkways.As always the teachers are fun, easy to work with, delightful, and experienced. There are also several virtual sessions being offered, so definitely check those out too!

Im a beginner student that has always wanted to learn how to dance. Rebecca is a fantastic instructor that knows how to show and explain moves in a very intuitive way, and her passion and energy is contagious! Couldnt recommend more highly.

Ive been a student at Viva for nearly three years and I cant recommend it enough to anyone interested in learning partner dancing. The studio is fun and sophisticated, with plenty of mirrors and floor space for lessons and parties. The friendly and qualified instructors bring their own special talents and styles, presenting them in a digestible manner for students of all levels. Getting to know the staff and students at Viva has been such a pleasure...not only am I improving my dance skills and having fun, the social aspect of making new friends and sharing in a common interest has been so rewarding. The opportunities to get involved are also diverse...Ive participated in performance teams, group lessons, private lessons and parties for latin social dances. Other students compete in ballroom and perform in showcases. I always look forward to my time at Viva and feel so lucky to have them in our community!

Absolutely wonderful! I just had my first class there, and the hip hop classes were well-taught, challenging, and welcoming. The other students were highly competent and talented dancers, and the overall vibe was extremely positive and intense. Im so glad I found this studio and highly recommend it to dancers who want to focus on non-ballet/theater forms of dance.

Absolutely fantastic Parker and Maria are amazing instructors I highly recommend them if you really want to progress in Kizomba. i rented a car just to drive out for lessons they will not bore if you are advanced and have patience for all beginners. wonderful humble instructors mention I referred you if you see this post.

Buying experiences, not things ultimately leads to being happier. You cant buy a better a experience than what Viva has to offer. The best part, you can spend as much or as little as you want with their selection of events, group classes and private lessons.

Fantastic dance classes and instructors! Been dancing with them for over a year, well-worth the 50-minute drive to Cleveland. The studio offers students many opportunities to practice beyond group and private classes, including its awesome Socials on Thursday nights--which are also conveniently scheduled after most group classes-- and Fridays in Ceviche. Highly recommended

Viva Dance is the heart of the Northeast Ohio dance scene. They have the most beautiful place to dance - stunning remodeled warehouse overlooking downtown - as well as the best instructors. I love how they cater to the very best dancers as well as beginners. Love, love, love this place!!!

Private lessons today with the world famous professor of danceology, Rebecca Sweet, and the place is looking good, maybe a month before opening fully, but able to dance on the upper or lower (ballroom) floors, paint on the walls...the place is grand!!!cant wait for the Grand Opening and classes to begin with dancers pouring in to socialize, mingle, and mostly dance!

TL;DR The people make the place and the people here are incredible. Thank you!Where do I even begin? The first time I took a class here I took a Bachata class with Joe. He was patient, funny, and welcoming so I had a lot of fun. During the social, I danced with many follows who encouraged me even though I only new a few basics.Later, I took West Coast Swing with Corey and fell in love with this dance. Corey is hilarious, optimistic, and encouraging with valuable feedback to help me lead better and express myself in a way that enhances my enjoyment of the music.Wanting to learn more patterns and improve my musicality, I began taking Salsa on2 privates with Parker. I like that Parker emphasizes ways to create and maintain a good connection with your partner while making him/her feel comfortable.Then theres Rebecca. Rebecca is an animal. The first time I worked with her, she went a full 2 hours drilling basics at red line. She did every move with me and at no point did I see any wavering in her passion. She dances with her heart fully open and its contagious!Clearly, I love all of the teachers here (Sorry that I didnt mention everybody but this review is getting long) and have found that the group of people theyve attracted has made for a fun environment. My husband and I took dance lessons with Parker , at viva dance studio for our wedding for our first dance . Parker was an excellent dance instructor. We came in there not knowing anything and he made us look like stars on our wedding people thought we practiced with dancing with the stars Hahaha . He took his time with us and made sure we were comfortable with everything and anytime we didnt like something he would teach us something new or show us a easier move ! Everyone at viva dance studio is super nice and welcoming . I will definitely recommend everyone to this place that wants to learn how to dance . Which I already have to my friend thats getting married ;) Parker thank you so much for everything you were amazing!
