Always extremely professional. My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3. The performances are always spectacular. Staff is kind and friendly.

I left a review for the other location and i just want to say that i loved training at DWA it was the time of my life, the best studio ever, and the teachers and staff are so nice and helpful. if you truly want your kid to train professionally and learn from the best i 100000% recommend taking them here.

My daughter is a dancer there and has grown so much and has such beautiful technique thanks to their training. They have made their building a second home for her and the team is definitely her second family. We never expected to have such a personal relationship with the owner and teachers. They are always there for her and that’s huge.

I was a dancer at Dance World Academy for 14 Years, from the age of 3 until I graduated high school at age 17. However, my family has been involved with the studio for over 20 years, from my mother enrolling me and my older sister in dance classes! Most of my best memories growing up were at the dance studio, learning and enjoying the art of dance. Each dancer, whether you are a part of the competition team or a dancer that attended once a week, are all treated with the same level of respect and importance. The entire staff and faculty are extremely professional, and have the best interest of every child that walks through their doors. Besides receiving excellent dance training and technique, I learned many life lessons. The confidence and hard work ethic I acquired at Dance World has served me well in my upcoming career as a lawyer. Dance World Academy has become my second home were I always felt safe to express myself with the support of every teacher and staff member. Dance World Academy is truly unique, creative, and one of a kind.

My daughter started Dance World Academy when she was 3 years old and was a dance student until she graduated high school. Dance World Academy was not just a dance school it was more of a family and she loved it. My daughter made many friends and still to this day has a great relationship with the staff. I cant say enough about there recitals it is like your watching a Broadway Show the students all are in time and are amazing. As soon as my granddaughter turns 3 she will be attending DWA. I highly recommend this dance school and the staff.

I don’t think it’s enough space to write about Dance World Academy. Love the teachers and their dedication to the students. All three of my children are students of DWA. My Eldest graduated in 2015 started at the age of 5. I kept the tradition going with my two younger children Alyssa and Anthony. Yup, boys dance too. What an amazing experience I get to continue and highly recommend to friends and family. You build new friendships with other parents during the journey of dance. The faculty not only teach dance, but teach discipline, respect, leadership, and teamwork. If I could give more stars I would. LOVE DANCE WORLD ACADEMY!!!

My daughter was enrolled here when She was 2 for Mommy & Me ballet lessons. When She returned for more ballet lessons, I was surprised to see the tight space at the Clifton location. When we did Mommy and Me we danced at a church on Saturday mornings. This place had NO cameras, parents were barred from walking in and they asked us to drop the kids off and leave. I refused to leave my child with a teacher at this place UNSUPERVISED. Also, the chubby white lady who dresses up as Cinderella’s godmother rudely yelled at pushed me out of the class on the first day as I was taking photos OF MY DAUGHTER. I reached out to the owner, Donna, at which point of course she responded in a lengthy message DEFENDING her staff. They would not refund my registration fee. They did not apologize for my negative encounter. My friend had a very negative experience with the staff here as well so we both transferred our kids to MVMT Dance Center. There’s cameras inside, 3 huge classes, circuit TVs, friendly staff, contests, raffles, offer affordable packages compared to this school, and wardrobe with the company’s logo. I AM HAPPY AND I LOVE IT HERE. On holidays, children are allowed to come in dressed in costumes and they have special days where kids can bring their friend for FREE!

Dance world academy has been one of my home away from homes since I entered the doors at the age of 3. I’m 29 now. Dance world academy has taught me discipline, teamwork, and I have carried this all through my life and career. Such a special place.

Listen I have children who have attended other schools and this is a wonderful school and the teachers are great. The negative reviews are from parents who honestly seem overly sensitive to they way anyone treats them, but not on the actual classes. This school runs like a real professional ballet school, it teaches the children the proper steps and discipline. If you are looking to enroll a kid to play around on stage and mess up everyone else rehearsal then go elsewhere. Thats my point of view, from a parent that appreciates dance techniques a lot and my kid LOVES this school.

I have 2 children in Dance World Academy! My daughter has been with them for almost 9 years and my son is in his 4th year! They have grown so much in many styles of dance. There is nothing more to say but just an amazing school and environment for children of all ages to dance!

My daughter has been attending this school for many years and I love it! The teachers care about each child and help them to learn the steps. The teachers are enthusiastic, and you can tell they love teaching children. The show is like a Broadway show with children performing, and I know that there are many graduates that perform on Broadway.

This is an excellent dance studio. The owner has a big heart and runs a very professional studio. The staff are outstanding and really care about each kid and know everyone by name.

Dance world academy is amazing , I was a former dwa student/assistant teacher . The staff is amazing and you learn so much about dance and it becomes a family. Dwa has the best recitals its like seeing a Broadway show !

Great dance studio with an amazing staff and faculty. Great for young children and teens. Dance World Academy teaches self confidence at a young age and promotes a healthy activity for years to come. I grew up at DWA where I learned multiple styles of dance in a warm and encouraging environment. All of the teachers are excellent with professional knowledge of the genres of dance they teach. Thanks to my years at DWA and being able to advance into their Dance Company, I am now a professional dancer and have traveled the world working on cruise ships thanks to my training from DWA!

Staff is outstanding and goes out of their way to make sure their students succeed. Owner has a heart and passion that shows with 42 years of open business.

Very disappointed with front desk lady. It was my first time coming in excited to know a little more on ballet lessons for my daughter who is interested in the classes. How can a person that rude be working where there’s kids? Maybe she was having a bad day today but it’s not fair to the new clients coming in excited for the school... I looked at the website and read all about it but wanted to come in person and see for myself. She gave me an envelope to write my address that they will send info around August for registrations I made a mistake and asked for another one, the face she made was like she was annoyed that I made a mistake! Like it bothered her! I also asked if for whatever reason they do packages to do different classes and she responded very rudely “we don’t do packages”. Is understandable but maybe she should’ve checked the way she responds to people. This was not the experience I was expecting to receive from this school but just because of this lady’s actions I will be taking my daughter to a different even if I have to drive farther. Not happy with FRONT DESK PERSON AND THE OWNER SHOULD MAYBE LOOK INTO HOW she treats people coming into the school.
