(Go!!!) This was one of the best experiences of my life. The skills/lessons taught were extremely valuable and the family atmosphere made it all even better. The instructors 100% know what they’re doing and know how each student can get the most from the class.I did the first 72 hrs class and will definitely be returning for other classes.Side note: I really never write reviews, so this is a big deal (no joke).If you’re learning skills for the first time, if you want to sharpen your skills and learn more or even if you just want to connect with the outdoors, go to Woodsrunner and learn from this crew.Learn the things that could potentially save your life and lives of those you love, which in turn will make you more comfortable in the environment so you could enjoy being out there even more. Doesn’t matter your level of experience. Just go, it’s that simple. There’s no motive here, no tricks no bs. You won’t regret it. Go.

We have as a family (with two small children ages 5 & 2) attended events, and (both of us adults) classes! So much to learn!! There are so many talented and knowledgeable people that I have met at this school!!! Lots of fun, incredible amount of skill... worth your time, effort, and money!! Even if you have zero knowledge about the outdoors, they welcome you with open arms and when you leave... you will no longer be able to say you have zero knowledge!! Joshua and his wife have a great passion for sharing their knowledge and skills!!The Woodsrunner family is an extension of our family that we truly value, we came as strangers and left as family!!

Josh and his team make outdoor survival training fun and approachable to folks of all skill levels. Our girl scout leader team attended his workshops to become better prepared to lead our kids. We got way more than we could have hoped for in a day... from making our own traps and catching our dinner, to learning how to forage for wild edible plants. We had a ball and felt like we were with family! We cant wait to return!!

I learned so much from just one day. I look forward to learning more from these guys. They are great at what they do and at teaching others. Highly recommend them.

5 stars, The best outdoors experience I have ever had. Josh and his instructors treat everyone like family. Very clean and amazing easy to get to facilities. Would deffinatly recommend.

I had an awesome weekend, we learned a lot of great skills and met some very knowledgeable instructors. The instructors were great with the children also, I had my 9 year old son with me.
