My almost 14 year old daughter has been taking classes from Mr. White at Triumph Martial Arts since she was 6 years old. She is a second degree Black Belt and is training for her third degree as well. The professionalism and training are outstanding!!! Mr. White is an excellent instructor who enjoys teaching children the life skills that are needed in life as well as teaching children self defense. Martial Arts teaches children respect, courtesy, manners, self- control as well as other important things a child needs in real life to help them achieve their goals in life. My daughter has benefited greatly from her years at Triumph Martial Arts and will continue her training for years to come!!

I have been training with the Whites since I was 4! It has been a LIFE CHANGING experience. I can’t express how much fun it is! It helps build so many skills for young children and adults. And they have such a wide variety of programs, such as Krav Maga, Taekwondo, kick-boxing and many other GREAT self-defense and fitness classes.I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn self-defense, and get healthy, and I will do so forever...

I only have great things to say about Triumph Martial Arts. I have trained with Matt and Chris for about a year and they are fantastic instructors. Not only do they teach life saving skills, they promote confidence. Great environment I cant stress enough how highly I would recommend anyone to train with them!

This place and the instructors here are AMAZING! Im new to all of it...self defense and Krav Maga.But they are patient and very encouraging!I can feel and see change in my fitness level and skills in a short amount of time. And Im not an easy student!Matt and Chris know their stuff, know how to teach and do it well!

Triumph Martial Arts provides sound instruction helping to improve technique, overall health and wellness, and personal qualities such as determination, perseverance, and discipline. Mr. White treats students with respect and is able to individualize instruction to help each student continue to excel.

Love Triumph Martial Arts! My husband and I started Krav Maga the first of the year and to date, I’ve learned something beneficial from each lesson, that when practiced, I can use in a real life situation if I ever needed to. I leave classes feeling pumped! I can’t say enough about the instructors, they are great!
