Wonderful learning experience. I feel that I’m leaving with vast knowledge on the subject of phlebotomy/ lab assistant. My instructor and all the staff there go above and beyond for the students. I’m sad to leave, but excited to put my skills to good use in the field. Thank you CIMS!

If you’re willing to learn and try new things. This is the place for you. Yes, it’s a little longer and yes, you’ll have to put in work. But it helps you prepare for the actual job. Overall I would recommend to anyone who’s a little uncertain with their career path and wants to try something new. This is the place to start.

Advisor Sherri is really nice, was able to help me register into school. The staff here are really great and always greet me so nicely (:I would definitely recommend people to this school !

Hands down one of the greatest learning environments Ive encountered. The campus is somewhat small but I think its better that way, it really gives you the chance to get to know the staff and get a really good experience. They really go above and beyond for their students and are constantly checking in to see if we need any help or guidance. I recommend to everyone I know looking into the areas they teach.

If it weren’t for covid it would have been quick (in and out). It was easy and I loved my extern site.

I took the medical assistant course here and it was amazing

Finished schooling here and loved how the classes were hands on (I’m not sure how they’ll do it with covid) but I’m sure it’ll still be hands on, it is a fun experience and would recommend 🙌🏼

Very Hands-On best instructor ever!!!!

As a student with little knowledge in the medical field I chose the Lab Assistant course at California Institute of Medical Science. All of the skills and training received were exceptional. It as fun, interactive and very helpful. The clinical hours are even more exciting. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who loves working with people and would like to give back to the community. My words cannot explain how much gratitude I have for the involvement in my continuing education by the staff at CAIOMS.

Please don’t go here. Seriously. Do not go here. You’re better than this “institute”

I was nervous about starting school, the teacher put me at ease right away. I had the best learning experience and my classmates were great as well very hands on which is what is needed. California Institute of Medical Science is the best school I have been to and had a great phlebotomy course and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

Top Notch teacher, she never not had an answer and her standards will have you leaving the program come tent and confident. Highlights to the program: small class size and priceless hands on experience. Worth every penny.

I was very worried if I could make it or not. But my first day with the teacher made me feel very comfortable. She was helpful to each and every student. I would tell everyone I know to join the California Institute of Medical Science.

I really liked the course, but would of preferred to have the actual text books given. Overall it was very good.

The program is great, the teacher is very good at helping understand everything. The Director always answers questions fast.
