Good store with good stock but the customer service is a little inconsistent, some days its good and other days its not, but other than that youll find what you need here

There are 3 different locations of the Dollar General in Coatesville. This is right in the City of Coatesville. Its a Newer store actually I think it just opened in the beginning of last year 2018. The Employees here are so nice and willing to help you at anytime during your shopping trip. The store is very clean shelves are stocked to the max. Finally a Family Dollar That cares about there job and care about what there customers needs are. They have a huge selection bigger than any one I have been to.

This store just needs a couple of employees to work over night to properly place prices for items in their correct places on the shelves. Quick check out though depending on how slow the customers are and have money in their hand instead of digging in their pocket books for cash. Some of the most beautiful woman are the cashiers.

Although the staff was polite, the store was in complete disarray. Many shelves were empty, there were items on the floor, there were spills that had not been tended to. In addition, it was difficult to verify prices for items because nothing seemed to be in its proper place. Good location, great potential. Overall, cleanliness and neatness is definitely an issue. Im so sorry, I cant leave a 5-star review. 😕

Some of the employees have great customer service skills, some should stay away from the register. Ive dealt with employees that mumbled while checking me out. I know the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. However, what happened to sweeping the parking lot EVERY morning. The lot is NASTY! Ive seem employees standing in the lot smoking before opening. Why arent they cleaning the lot? Also, product sits all over the floor for weeks. What happened to stocking. Management needs to manage.

Store Recently remodel with a new area with a lot of articles for $1.00

Nice customer service on most days!! Good place to go with low prices and homegoods

Most of the pricing is awesome. But if my wife wants to go, she has problems bc the aisles are full of huge carts with boxes that are sitting there unattended. My wife has cancer and is also disabled and needs a brace on her left foot and uses a walks with wheels called a rotator. So she cant just fold it up and deal with it as she has been told bc they werent moving. And if she wanted to come back tomorrow her kind can be served better. We complained but nothing happened. She still likes the prices and still makes her list to go so I take it when I see it and take care of it for her and take the hollering from her. They took something from her that day, but the prices she says, is what we need, til things get better. I hope your people get better so my wife and her beautiful people can shop better than ever, like equals

Convenient location. Store stocked with plenty to select from including refrigerated and frozen foods. Could be cleaner.

Nice staff except people in front of the store who arnt part of it kick teens out i go there in the morning everything is good but in the afternoon a guy is there who wont let me in ivl havent done anything wrong

This place has poor management,,it needs new staff and more active employees to keep the place organize this Family dollar its very crowded very overwhelmed. It needs new manager new employees,,,the young man at the door he is ok, he is keeping the people from walking with hoodies on. Thats great.

Line was packed and nobody came to help the one cashier! Where is the manager?! Then ana announcement came on about being in surveillance camera.Well can you look at the camera and see the store needs another cashier or the manager needs to step up an do their job!!!!

They always seem to have what I need,But the checkout alise are to small.and the lines are always long! And the cashier are to slow, VERY SLOW!!!!😞😞
