We used Tech Valley Shuttle for my son and daughter in-laws wedding this past weekend and all I can say is that they were the best. From the moment I reached out to find out if they could accommodate our needs for 2 large coach busses for the guests and 1 smaller shuttle for the wedding party they went over and above to make it happen. The office staff was so professional and the drivers were just as professional. The contract was easy to read and was adjusted to what times we needed. All 3 busses were on time for each time that we needed. If you want to hire a company that goes above and beyond you should really look into Tech Valley Shuttle.

We used Tech Valley Shuttle for our wedding transportation and unfortunately had a bad experience with their service. We specifically signed a contract that included two return trips so that our elderly guests could leave early from the party. The shuttle was on time for the initial drop off at the venue but did not return for the first trip home from the venue. My mom had to leave the party to call the driver who informed us that he was not aware that there were two trips back. He showed up for the second scheduled trip back and took our guests home, however this was long past when some guests wanted to leave. Luckily, we were able to fit all of our guests back in one trip or this would have caused a much bigger issue. We understand that mistakes happen and that there was clearly a miscommunication but when we called the company the next day to ask for a refund, they were difficult to work with and offered us $100 credit. This is not anywhere close to 1/3 of what we paid when they were clearly in the wrong and did not deliver on the contract. We tried to work with them to get a more appropriate refund and they ended up auto-refunding $150 instead of trying to work with us to fix the issue. Although the shuttle was nice, I would recommend looking around for another shuttle company if you have options.

Absolutely the best! We used the charter bus to and from our wedding venue and Al, our driver, was amazing. The bus came early to and from, the driver was professional, accommodating and personable. Booking and all throughout was seamless - office staff was also great - totally recommend without hesitation!

We used Tech Valley Hospitality Shuttle for our latest trip out of Albany Airport. Our flight out was ridiculously early in the morning, but they showed up right on time with a very clean van and we made it to airport with plenty of time. We hired Tech Valley for our round trip transportation to JFK airport. The driver was fun, professional and very friendly. This is my 2nd time hiring Tech Valley. Both times it was a great experience.

Called as soon as the news broke that they were working on a shuttle to lake George and was made sure to assure them I planned on the ride this week for a job interview to lake George and they assured me I had a spot until the day before my interview and they still went ahead and filled up spots knowing they had someone interested ahead of time. I had a job interview scheduled for the Lake George Steamboat company that I now cannot make because of their lack of communication and understanding.

Used the 11-person sprinter as a shuttle for a wedding. Everything was great. The wedding guests had nothing but compliments for the driver and the vehicle.

For all you brides or anyone planning an event needing transportation soon:Will lose your deposit if you cannot have your event due to restrictions. Be 100% sure your event can happen before giving them ANYTHING.

If there was 10 stars Id gladly give them that . This past weekend my friends and I shared the weekend together. The hotel we stayed at gave us their card and highly recommended them. We had three different drivers ,all prompt professional , well dressed and friendly and our last driver was fun! He indulged us in some 80s sing along on our last ride home which topped off an already perfect night!!. Thank you all so muchUse this service and you will not be disappointed . Booked a cab from Malta NY to JFK airport and back. Had one of the best times ever. From the time of booking to the actual travel, all of it was a positive refreshing experience. We spoke with Trent while booking the cab and he made the whole process easy and hassle free. Our driver Darnell was a super cool guy , we had great conversations for the entire journey and he made it seem shorter than it actually was. Definitely gonna get in touch with them again. I only gave this a star to get the attention. Just literally 3 minutes ago i was driving through Rensselaer with my 2 small kids in the card when a driver for this company was driving the wrong way down a one way street and almost hit us. Then when we told her she was going the wrong way she gave me the middle finger in front of my kids. I called the company and was told that he would take care of it right away and then hung up on me while i was still talking. Nasty people and bad business

He was responsive, punctual and took care of everything. I have been, and will continue to recommend this company. We will also be using this service for any of our future transportation needs.

Awesome shuttle service, driver was friendly and helped suggest things to do while we were in town. Great option since Uber/Lyft are not available.
