This studio is a wonderful place and environment for anyone trying to come out of their shell or just tired of the same old boring work out. These instructors never make you feel like your not important and are caring and understanding and just want you to have fun and enjoy your time! Highly recommend this place!!

The Women of this Tribe is so powerful, uplifting, caring and so full of INSPIRATION. I was a full active member of this tribe, but due to complications of aching hips and so on I had to step away, BUT!!!! I will always cherish this studio to opening up and most of all make me feel welcomed and loved. Thanks to Studio La Femme for believing in me.

Best place to do dance fitness and pole fitness.. such a good vibe place and uplifting and empowering place for women. A MUST check out place if you are looking for a difrent way to build strength and cardio.
