Training at King Tiger Martial Arts was one of the defining activities in my life over the last year: We initially signed up our 5 year old daughter up and I was quickly impressed with her increased strength and agility. As an adult and after 9 months of training, (yes I signed up :) too) I am more flexible, fit, confident, stronger and even know some Korean commands! It’s great! Master Se along with his instructors: Master Jim, Alex and Henry have created a great environment to learn and train! Come see for yourself! I am not sure you can find a better place where you will find instruction and inspiration like this!

We love King Tiger! My son looks forward to his lessons each week and enjoys his trainers! The instructors are very caring and encouraging. They are also incredibly decorated and proficient in their art. We are so thankful to have found King Tiger! Great facility and great people.

King Tiger Martial Arts Md is everything. It has taught my son so much when it comes to discipline, focus and confidence. It’s perfect for children, adults and family. What I love most is that they support everyone at whatever level their at and encourage them to always do their best. My son will be there even through middle school and high school. And when I stop being a chicken I plan to take classes too. Big Kudos to Master Sei (maybe spelling that wrong) and his team. I am forever grateful.

We signed up our 5 year old daughter for training at KTMA this past summer. It has been a wonderful experience. Weve seen how her focus has improved and how much stronger and confident shes becoming. Theres a great sense of community and support for each other at KTMA. Something that caught our attention was the way in which the Master and the Instructors communicate with the class and with each individual student, always with great respect. They bring out the best in their pupils and recognize when some are not having the best day, yet they applaud them for their effort, for being there, and for listening to the details. Were very happy to be part of the KTMA family.

Amazing martial arts school

Kids love it and feel a sense of accomplishment as they progress. Instructors do a great job teaching martial arts, self control and discipline. Have many social activities as well such as pot lucks and trick or treat parties!

This place is amazing. My son started the program a year and he is always existed to go there. As a parent, I couldnt be more happier for my son because the structure he is receiving there is unbelievable. My son is more focus on anything he does. Plus the after school program is helping me a lot as a parent. I dont have to worry about picking him up after school because they have a bus that pick the kids up after school to their facility and the parents pick them up after. Another great thing about King Tiger is the customer service. It is excellent and the staffs are wonderful. I would recommend this place to parents whose kids are interested in Martial Arts and TaeKwondo.

The instructors are very efficient and professional. Not only will your child learn martial arts but self discipline as well. My son absolutely loves going to King tiger!

KTMA is a great studio to place your children in as an after school program that will keep them fit, teach them social skills, and discipline through physical and mental strength. I went there when I was younger, and now the next generation in my family attends. Their prices are reasonable, and it works well for a working parent who does not typically work the 9-5pm schedule. The staff is also lovely. Master Sean Kim is wonderful with children!

I’ve been going here for years now and it is the same level of quality training that I experienced then and now. They friends I have made here, I know will last a lifetime. No matter who you are the instructors teach with the utmost accommodation to help you grasp the concepts. Even if you’re a white belt or black belt you are in the best environment to grow your tae kwon do skills.

King tiger is a nice place to exercise and a nice place to spend time, you could make friends and socialize when your not taking class would recommend to go.

King Tiger is one of if not the best martial arts studio in America. Theyre really good at what they do. Ive been here ever since I was 4. Im 16. At first, I regretted going here because I was afraid I couldnt fit in, I was a very pessimistic person, but as the years went by Ive gained more confidence in myself and learned the concepts of martial arts. King Tiger is a place where you can help build your focus, self-discipline, self-confidence, etc. These 12 years has been a really great experience for me. King Tiger to me is more than just a martial arts studio, its a family to me. I would love to thank every instructor and staff member that has been with me ever since Day 1. I would especially want to thank you Master Sean for caring for me for these past 12 years. It has truly been an honor to be a part of the King Tiger Martial Arts organization.

King Tiger is like family to us and our son has benefited so much from his classes there ! They genuinely care about the success of each student and individualize their approach to each child, spending one on one time if necessary. We are so happy we found them !

King Tiger helped me improve in many ways. Going on my sixth year here I have improved in grade, attitude, behavior, and discipline. I started when I was ten years old and today I am one of the main instructor. As a kid I did not understand that respect and discipline was important. Over the years I have learn these leasson while training. I enjoy teaching what I have learned to my students and working with my co-workers and the parents to give the kids the best training they can receive. KING TIGER IS AMAZING!!!!!

KTMA of Maryland has had a wonderful impact on my son who has been a student now for 17 months and now has earned his Black Belt. My 6 year old son started attending the classes at King Tiger since last fall. There are several Taekwondo Dojang nearby, but this seems to be the best among them because King Tiger more focuses on the fundamental Taekwondo skills than just jumping around. One additional benefit is they also emphasize on the mind control that positively improve the self confidence and the behaviors of the kids. The grand-master and the master Kim (the son of the grand-master) are very patient on kids and they know how to make the kids happy and enjoy the classes. My son loves going there.

I love this place it help me soooo much .I love the place and mostly the people they are like family to me.I can when i was 11 and in 5th grade,Its been two years Ive learned so much.

There are no words to describe how amazing this place is and how kind they have been to my daughter and my family. My daughter started attending King Tiger Martial Arts when she was 5yrs old, shes now 7 and we arent leaving anytime soon! In addition to techniques and skills learned in the Tae Kwon Do program; students are taught the importance of being a responsible helpmate at home, at school and in the community. This program helps reinforce the same skills taught at home. I have witnessed my daughter grow in areas of social skills, responsibilities, confidence & respect. It truly takes a village. Master Se is the best! Always there to greets you with a smile...I dont think he every has a bad day! This trickles down to his awesome team: Ms. Alene (sp?), Ms. Madge, Mr. Nathan, Mr. Mike and a few others. The entire staff is amazing and customer service is out of this world. Its evident that not only do they like their jobs, they like each other and they absolutely love the kids.

Both of our kids love their KTMA. From Grand Master to Master Sa, Master Yen and support staffs are great.
