Palmisanos Martial Arts is an amazing school with instructors who genuinely care about each and every student. They teach respect, honesty, perseverance, discipline, and they do so in a loving way. I cannot say enough good things about the school and the owners. We have been going here for 5 years now, and my child has excelled under their teaching not just in class but in life. We love our family here.

Our 8 year old daughter has been regularly attending for about a year now and has learned so much. She joined their leadership class early on and it has been great. Both Mr. and Mrs. Palmisano are absolutely amazing with children and the best Taekwondo instructors I could imagine her having. They take a true interest in every single member and have an incredible knack for learning every person’s name. It’s truly a special place and has been so great for our daughter!They also have adult classes with many adults and even families as members. They do weapons training and prep students well for tournaments if they desire to participate.I can’t recommend them enough!

All 3 of my children love Palmisanos Martial Arts. The Palmisanos are great coaches and instructors. They strike a great balance with the kids between fun and firm. Instilling discipline and enforcing standards but in an environment where kids and adults alike want to come back to. They also have a lot of extra opportunities for weekend clinics and safety forums. Great location, Great business, Great people!

We have never really had discipline issues, however the structure and required mutual respect that is taught at Palmisanos Martial Arts Studio is evident with our child. Teachers at Logans school comment on polite respect that they receive and we attribute that to the ATA training. Thanks for all you do.

Palmisanos Martial Arts is a place where my wild child isnt so wild. They hold their students to higher standards not only on the mat but off the mat as well. Mister and Misses Palmisano make a great team. The Palmisanos are two people these young kids can look up to. He focuses on the big picture while Mrs. Palmisano focuses on the details. I would highly recommend Palmisanos Martial Arts to anyone with children or for yourself. Palmisanos gives our children power to make the RIGHT choices from their own free will.

My family spent 3 years training at Palmisanos. Unfortunately, we had to move to another state or we would still be training there. Mr. and Mrs. P have been great mentors and friends to us and we miss our family there immensely.On a personal note, as a 36 year old man I lost over 20lbs training there, so it is legit!

My boys started at Palmisanos reluctantly. It did not take long for them to LOVE IT!! One of my children is not very athletic, but has taken to Taekwondo very well and is drawn to the mental challenge of forms and routines. My other child is finding that as he pushes himself harder, the results are greater. The Palmisanos have provided a great environment for both of my kids. My children have never had behavior issues and respect has been drilled into them since birth, but Palmisanos Martial Arts has made them better leaders and much more confident. I highly recommend PMA and I hope to be a customer there for years to come!

Our son has been attending Palmisonos ATA for almost 2 years, and we are so impressed with the high quality instruction. Each class offers an energetic warm up, skill development, self defense tactics and preparation, and progression towards goals. The instructors take a personal interest in each student and hold them to high standards while providing encouragement and respect. Activities vary enough to maintain students interests, while guiding each class toward a weekly focus topic. We highly recommend the Palmisanos!

Palmisanos ATA is a wonderful place. We have 3 children there, ages 6, 9, and 13 and they love the training. Mr. Palmisano is excellent with the kids and Mrs. Palmisano is excellent with keeping the parents in line (and instructing the kids:)). I highly recommend this place for anyone of any age.
