What a welcoming, warm, caring, and fun place for children. Our daughter attended preschool in the infant/toddler class - Ms. Paula and Ms. Jackie are very nurturing, patient, kind and helpful. They truly care for the kids and take an active role in teaching through fun and creative activities. The facility is safe and clean, and you are greeted every morning by the Director, Ms. Chelsea, who stands by the door to say hello to everyone (by name!) and answer any questions. Our daughter came home every day so excited to show us the projects she had worked on while in their care. We are really going to miss our friends at the Childrens Center (only leaving due to a need for full-time care).

My child began attending The Childrens Center in June of 2013. All of her teachers have been invested in making learning fun in a safe and loving environment. She looks forward to going to school and talks about her teachers and friends when she is not there! She participated in the Reading Buddies program and Exploring Arts program and really enjoyed both. As a former teacher, I appreciate the learning opportunities each of these programs present. Overall, we have had a great experience here.

Every contact with the teachers and management has been outstanding. I have both my kids enrolled with one child being there over 2 years now. Everyone is upbeat, positive and supportive. The comfort of having your kids go to such a helpful, engaging, confidence building classroom for four days a week is impossible to put a value on. I actually dont mind paying this bill every month!

I toured 4 or 5 programs in the area, and after leaving BVA, there was no comparison among them all. It was the easiest decision to make! I had just stepped away from teaching for 8 years, and felt like this was hands down the best environment for my daughter to have the engaging experiences she needs. Organization, communication, cleanliness, and compassion are all stellar strengths of this school and staff.

There are so many childcare options in the area but The Childrens Center Preschool is hands down the best quality program and has the most caring team! My oldest attended from age 2 through pre-k and my youngest started in the baby blue class. I am constantly amazed at the things they learn, the comments the teachers make about their progress and daily interactions, and the time each staff member takes to ensure each child is loved, nurtured and prayed for. I cant begin to tell you how much I love this little school! The teachers and staff are so warm and friendly. I first brought our son and daughter to the summer camp when my son was a year old and then he went for one day a week that following year. Mrs. Wendy in the Yellow Room (babies) is so tender-hearted and kind. She loved my little guy and I always believed they took great care of him. We missed a year and went to another school, but came back this year, even though its a little out of our way, and Im so glad we did. Mrs. Erica and Mrs. Daisy in the Roaring Reds Classroom (3 yrs) are the BEST! They always greet my son with a smile, encourage and love him daily, plan for learning AND fun and he LOVES going to school! Couldnt recommend a preschool more highly.

I would recommend Childrens Center to anyone! We went to a different Mothers Day out program last year and immediately realized how special this place was once we started this year. We were sad that we had wasted a whole year somewhere else, knowing how great this program is. You truly feel like your child is loved by the teachers, and every week my daughter learns something new.

After touring many preschools, Bear Valley Academy clearly was my top choice of where I wanted my children to attend. As a former teacher, I am impressed with Bear Valley’s welcoming sense of community and the teachers’ abilities to connect with each child and their specific needs. The directors and teachers truly care about each individual child and quickly get to know them in order to meet their needs academically, emotionally, and socially. BVA has strong parent communication and provides the foundation of education children need to be successful in future grades. My children look forward to going to school each day and love to tell me about their day when I pick them up. I’m so thankful I found BVA for my kiddos!

Our son has attended this school for 3 years now. It is an amazing preschool. We have never had a single issue here, and the teachers and staff ROCK! They love our kids so well.

Our experience at BVA has been nothing short of exemplary. Personalized 1:1 time between the teachers and kids is the USP of the school. The philosophy to inculcate good behavior, tolerance and, of course, a strong foundation in academics is a great blend and this is where BVA has its priorities right. My daughter built great bonds with her classmates and teachers and we will surely miss BVA! Great going!!!

We could not be happier with our experience this year at BVA! My daughter is in Kindergarten with Ms Michelle (and Ms. Ashley) and its been an absolutely amazing experience! My daughter loves her teachers and has learned an incredible amount in just half the year. The children she has in her class are from amazing families that we have befriended outside of school. Its really become a community for us! My 2 year old also has had a wonderful experience in the baby blue class. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Paula are wonderful with them and she loves to go to school so much, she just walks right in without me! I wish BVA had 1st, 2nd, etc. and we would be there for life! You will not regret putting your children in this wonderful, loving, caring, safe and educational environment!

Weve had our boys at The Childrens Center Preschool for the last 3 years and could not possibly recommend it more! Our oldest was in the 3 year olds Red Class, the 4 year olds Purple Class, and is now in the 4-5 year olds PreK Blue Class. Our youngest started in the Baby room and is now in the 2 year olds Orange Class, so we have literally experienced every age level class! We absolutely love the entire staff, my boys love going, and they have each grown a tremendous amount both socially and academically. Each teacher has become so dear to us as they always go above and beyond to love on our little ones and give them such an incredible opportunity to learn, grow and have fun!

My boys (ages 5 ½ and 2 ½) have been attending the Children’s Center for almost two years, and we love it! The kids have so much fun while getting a great age-appropriate education, practicing social skills, and making new friends. I feel completely comfortable that my kids are being well cared-for in a clean, safe, and loving environment.It seems like every faculty member knows each child—even those not in their own classes—by name. The Director, Ms. Dana, knows each parent (and child) by name and is usually at the door greeting everyone at drop-off and pickup times. (If Dana isn’t there, another faculty member will be greeting parents, as the door is locked at all times for security.) In the event that one of my boys has needed some extra attention or help, their teachers and Dana have not hesitated to give them (and me!) encouragement and support. I have so appreciated how they truly care for the students and want to work with the parents to make sure the kids are happy and successful.In addition to their “core curriculum”, the school provides enrichment education through regular Chapel, Spanish, Music, and other sessions. Special activities (such as Splash Day and a pony rides and pictures) add an extra element of fun for the kids. Additionally there is a Winter Show in which all of the classes (except Infants) get to perform for their families, and it’s so fun as a parent to see the kids show off what they’ve learned. The Jr. Kindergarten class also has a graduation event to celebrate this important milestone.With all of this going on, is it hard for parents to keep up? Nope! In addition to other more traditional methods of communicating to parents about what’s going on in the classroom, each class also has a private Facebook page. It’s a great way for us to stay in touch with upcoming events as well as getting a peek into our kids’ school day through pictures and videos. There is also an optional text-message service to provide important information to parents.In summary, the Children’s Center at Bear Valley is a wonderful place for kids to grow, learn and have fun. We are looking forward to a few more years of CCBV!

Childrens Center at Bear Valley in Colleyville, TX. has been a great preschool for our son. We have a great experience with the preschools director and staff. The Childrens Center is a wonderful place that first and foremost teaches children about the love of Jesus Christ. In addition, the teachers genuinely love and care for children. Lastly, as if the first two things were not enough, the teachers are dedicated to educating children. Their love and passion for teaching children is evident. What an answer to prayer for a mom and dad. The comfort it brings knowing your child is being nurtured, loved, and educated while away from your care is absolutly priceless. The 4 day a week program and teacher to child ratio is wonderful too. My son is in a wonderful sized class where the teachers can devote one on one time to him. My son has learned so much and has a wonderul time doing it. The Childrens Center does an exceptional job at preparing a child for kindergarten. I highly recommend Childrens Center at Bear Valley in Colleyville, TX.
