Ive known and once worked personally for the head instructor. A wonderful and incredible leader, compassionate, dedicated, humble and strong. If you have children he is an incredible role model, if you want a good community and workout his team is great!

The USTC Citadel staff have made us feel like family. It was only going to be my daughters signing up just to give them something to do, but I wind up signing myself up as well. It has given us confidence and structure and we look forward to learning more more each time. Options of learning online and at the Dojang (gym) for a flexible schedule are available. Cleanliness and safety are taken into consideration as well. Thank you USTC Citadel!!!

I have almost 25 years Martial Arts experience, trained all over the world and in many styles. The US Taekwondo Center program is the best I have had the pleasure of participating in and I look forward to every class. Respect for your fellow men and women is taught and practiced 100% of the time. Instruction is of the highest caliber, creative and fun for children and adults alike. Definitely a family atmosphere for everyone.Everything about the curriculum is based on positive reinforcement. The Self Defense instruction is practical and applicable for children as well. What I enjoy most is watching the younger students grow and mature in the way they act towards older and younger students.

My son and I have been part of the ustc citadel for the past 2 years. My son started before me, and with the encouragement of the instructors, i started after my son. Since I began, i have gained strength and flexibility that have aloud me to stop going to physical therapy for my back. I have made amazing friendships with people here that I feel I not only come for the classes but am part of a family. My son is stronger and more confident in himself and is truly proud of his accomplishments here. I would and have recommended this school to anyone. I love that my son and I have gotten the opportunity to experience this journey together!!!!

My Daughter got started with U.S. Taekwondo Center through her school. After her first test, she asked me to join and begin training with her. My attitude was somewhat ho hum about the entire thing. After many months of training strength, stamina, and flexibility begin to take hold. The instructors are awesome leaders; able not only to discipline an unruly child build also able to build up that child for the right reasons.I will close with a story about how my attitude has changed. Through my life, I have always thought of black belts as people to avoid and be wary of. I have learned this point of view is false. They are the best sort of people to be around. They will do the right thing in any situation (or else they would not be wearing the belt). It is wonderful to see the change in myself, my children, and others as we progress to the black belt. The training is certainly life changing.

Both my wife and kid go to this school and train hard every day. It is amazing to see how they have changed over the last year. They are more confident, respectful and most important to me: simply happier.My wife has not only found her happy place where she cannot wait to attend the next class but she is more flexible and finally satisfied with how she looks. Training here really paid off!

I was fortunate to be able to start my Taekwondo education in Uijeongbu, South Korea and I had a great teacher who had taught for 50 years or more. Coming back to the Springs and joining this school is as good as or better than my study in Korea. The curriculum at this school is top notch and all inclusive. The instructors/staff are top notch professionals who strive to make the students just as excellent in Taekwondo as they are. This school is very family oriented and teaches everyone skills, respect, and discipline. I know I am getting the best education in Taekwondo possible at US Taekwondo Center.

There are some really good instructors at this location, that have made a positive impact on my childs life. The reason I am leaving three stars is because of a schedule change and 0 empathy to our situation. Not even a sorry that the schedule changed how can we help you succeed in our program. Instead, we were shown the door. We are very lucky that there was another Dojang near by, or we would have thrown thousands of dollars away. We are going to miss some of the instructors quite a bit. With the new schedule change, the policy for us to be able to train at more than one location also changed, so we needed to do a full transfer over to Stetson Hills. The change added around 30+ minutes of travel timet to get to our new Dojang. I must say that we were welcomed with open arms at the Stetson Hills location, and they really seem to care if we succeed in their program. I am not the only singel parent this schedule change/program change has impacted.

The greatest part about training at the US Taekwondo Center is the family atmosphere. Unlike other sports that children play, when my two oldest sons asked my wife and I to join them in Taekwondo, we could!! The Masters and instructors are excellent at tailoring their instruction to the person with whom they are working, whether it be an active 8 year old or a 40 yr old reformed couch potato. A wonderful place to grow as an individual and to grow closer as a family.

I love the Centers. I have trained at almost everyone of them. Love the family feel that you get from the students and all the new friends i have received from joining. The staff is always friendly and curtious and ready to help at all times no matter what. I am still training to get my black belt and cannot wait to earn it. This school has helped me in so many way. I was very shy and now i am very outgoing and confident. I am more respectful than i was before i started and i continue to be even though i am a young adult. If you want something to do for a family then i highly recommend our schools. Let the Journey continue

I train at the USTC center in Monument with my son and husband. It provides us with a chance to work out together, promote a healthy lifestyle for our son, while improving our overall well being and knowledge on self defense. As a petite woman, I have found the self defense training immensely gratifying and confidence boosting. My son is more focused and disciplined, and the schools tenets regarding mental and physical strength and focus, respect, and self discipline are in complete alignment with how we seek to raise our son and live our lives.

My daughter and I both train at this location and the instructors are awesome. We love our new Taekwondo family and look for word to trading with them for years to come.

My daughter started a trial program where the USTC instructors came to her school after hours. She instantly fell in love with it and I was soon to follow. The level of commitment to excellence that the instructors demonstrate is off the charts. Since we have a started not only have a witnessed a significant positive change in my childs behavior, but now we have an activity that we enjoy doing together! Also I have achieved a new level of physical fitness I have not had since my early 20s! I simply can not say enough good things about this school and the instructors, I love it!

U.S. Teakwondo center is bad I wouldnt recommend going here they do the same thing everyday and dont teach anything new this plave is a waste of space

The Taekwondo Family at USTC Citadel location is amazing! Everyone is so kind and the instructors are fantastic! It has been great quality family time also as my husband and I joined with our 6yr old daughter. Our daughter has excelled physically and mentally since joining and we are greatful for the extended respect and courtesy she has learned since joining. We love it and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Citadel USTC has the best Instructors. They have helped my child tremendously. I would recommend this Dojang in a heart beat.

The US Taekwondo Center has been an amazing experience for my two boys all the years they have been students. They are so much more than just a stereotypical martial arts place where you just learn to kick and punch. At USTC, Taekwondo is a way of life. USTC has done a wonderful job reinforcing what we teach our children at home; they teach, demonstrate, and expect every student to have excellent focus, work ethic, responsibility, and respect in all aspects of their curriculum. Not only are my children learning excellent self-defense skills from top notch instructors, but at USTC, they really invest in the whole child. I couldnt ask for a better experience for my boys.

My son and I have truly enjoyed our experience here. The confidence my son had gained as well as the goal setting and attaining ability are skills that he has learned and will take him far in life! Im so glad that we decited to join!!

Ustc HankJust got home from the 12:15 class at Lehman, with Master Pejo. Every class at the different dojangs has been great, but one idea stands out at each...If you ever feel like youre just not getting a move, kick, block, form, etc right... like youve just got such a long way to go.... try going to one of the other dojangs. Suddenly, you get to be that impressive student --Wow! Your kicks are amazing! How did you learn to kick so high? Sir, your stances are impeccable. Wait... when did you learn to do this poomsae? Youve already got it down?Thats the moment you realize the importance your instructors have placed on you doing your very best. Your candle-like glow is fed by their bonfire flame. You are the example, to those around you, of the training youve received.... Good or Bad. When other classes look at you in awe, its because you were taught by someone even better.Leadership can go either direction. You can be a really great leader, as people follow you to very bad places. But if you instill in those following all of the other good traits, you lead them to wonderful places of high esteem. I am proud to know that those traits are not just talked about in our dojang. They are lived...!
