My two sons have been attending for about 6 months. So far our experience has been wonderful. Outside of learning self defense skills, they are become more confident. They are also developing a greater sense of self worth as they accomplish milestones.S/n ....If you are worried about scheduling, this location is more than understanding and accommodating to meet your family’s needs.

My 5-year old daughter has been going to Z-Ultimate for almost a year now. She loves going to her classes and Sensei Mary has been a perfect fit for our daughter. Sensei expects discipline and respect but make class fun. My daughter has grown up a lot over the last year, and I give much of that credit to the life skills she has learned with Sensei at Z-Ultimate.

Sensi Mary is fantastic with everyone from little kids to experienced black belts. Her staff is great, Sensi Cristina is very patient and Sensi Dave will go just as hard or soft as you would like. Thanks for the help!

In the short time Ive been training with Sensei Mary, I have noticed within myself a very rapid transformation.Aside from the countless physical benefits, I am also undergoing a mental/spiritual transformation. Z- Ultimate Self Defense on Centennial and Fillmore is a great family friendly martial arts dojo. Sensei Mary is great at instilling confidence in student of all ages. The style of Kenpo offered is practical and enjoyable to practice.

This dojo is amazing! Sensei Taylor is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She is a very patient, encouraging instructor who makes class a ton of fun while you work on building your skill set. 10/10 would recommend this place.
