Way overpriced services and unwilling to work on the prices. They counted proper nouns, addresses, sentences that were already in English, essentially anything with words in it towards the translation count. Those excesses added roughly $150-200 onto an exorbitant translation cost. When I asked about translating it myself and having it certified, a 30mn job came out to $200. Save yourself the time and go online. I found a translation service that charges the same as what they charge for editing. The kicker is that I used to teach, and translate for them. I was not certified, so they would have me translate documents and then they would stamp it without doing any work and pocket most of the profit.Response to owner - you wasted my time for 4 days during the estimate process and I could barely get a hold of anyone. Customer service should apply even when its not a public review.

Getting into a group session is pain, not only cost 360.00 dollars but you have to minimum 4 students to be in a group making them always dropping the class. I have tried four times and no success and I dont want to pay more just for private tutoring for class that not even worth college credit to. Sadly there isnt another company to offer just classes in Colorado Springs if there was I wouldve gone with them than this company.

I was impressed with their professionalism and commitment to their clients. I was disappointed with some translations I received from a company they worked with. Needless to say they went above and beyond to make it right.

It is important to us that our members can write in their own words. Having a quality translation is very important. Globelink personnel were courteous and professional. Translation was completed in the promised time frame.
