If you are in search of a bjj gym in Colorado Springs, this place is it. Such a great place to train! The instruction is just amazing, taught by 2 knowledgeable black belts (Dan and Erin who are the owners) who are the best human beings! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! There are more women at this gym than the others I’ve been too and they are so supportive. The gym is so chill, definitely a good place to train if you’re looking for fun environment/space to learn and grow in Jiu Jitsu.

Ive been training at Iron Roots for just over a year at this point, and I can say that I have never been happier at any other gym before. Dan and Erin are some of the most kind and down to earth people Ive ever met, and thier Jiu Jitsu teaching/knowledge is top notch. Im happy to call this place my second home, the students here are all extremely friendly and fun to roll with. I cant recommended this place enough.

We met Professor Erin and Professor Dan in Houston at an open mat while they were in town for a competition and had some great rolls with them and some of their students.Fast forward several months and we decided to drop-in to Iron Roots as part of our train-cation. They have great knowledge and instruction individually and together. I rolled with several of their students in Houston and in C-Springs. Each was very kind and good at BJJ.Whether youre a beginner or experienced in BJJ, you will find what you need at this school.Thank you both again for being so welcoming and the great class.

As a Brazilian that started training 14 years ago I will definitely recommend Iron Roots BJJ to everyone. Great BJJ gym for all belts. Erin and Dan are great instructor, they can definitely take your BJJ to the next level.

Classes are awesome and really fun. The upper belts are really nice and answer questions. Dan and Erin are great instructors. A very down to earth dont take yourself too seriously school where people are committed to the sport and treat each other like family.
