My children will never go anywhere other than KinderCare. They are professional, valued, and my kids love going!! Shoutout to miss Kindra!! My kids love you so much!!!

Our 2 year old was in care here and we cant say enough about the staff and management at the center. Seriously, my son loved going to school everyday. I found the staff to be professional but also incredibly personable, I truly knew they cared about our boy. During the COVID response management went above and beyond to accommodate our old son, a Kindergartener, on short notice- which was a godsend for two parents that are essential employees. We will forever be grateful for all the help and support we found with those at the center! If you want a caring and supportive environment for your little(s) look no further.

Have had all my kids attend. Staff are very loving and even after my older ones aged out my kids still ask about their old teachers. They are awesome getting kids ready for kindergarten. Glad to have been with kindercare for 11 years

Not only do my kids go here but I also work here and I am so relieved to know how much the staff care. I’m happy that my kids not only play and have fun but they learn and have fun! I love this place. I love watching all the kids growth and watching them build a connection with all the staff and other kiddos. My kids love their teachers. I love that the meals are healthy. My kids have a loving place to go throughout the day. I get to see how much all of us love these kids. It’s a home away from home. Most of all my kids are safe and that’s the most important thing for me.

We struggled to find a great place for my kids in the beginning, but once we tried Kindercare we knew this was what we were looking for. they do a great job of teaching my kids and they have a lot of fun everyday. I can drop them off and know that they are well taken care of and thats worth it to me. Highly recommended.

Love this Kindercare! They treat every child with the same amount of attention. My son is 4 and I love the fact that he can speak Spanish from learning in this school. The teachers and directors are extremely welcoming every time. Highly recommend this place.

I feel so fortunate to have had my son in this Daycare. I was so proud of my sons development while in the care of all the staff members in Kindercare. Everyone was always so friendly and my son enjoyed being there, especially during special events.Their communication with parents was excellent. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care updates regarding the children. I recomend them wholeheartedly and I encourage anyone looking for quality childcare for their little ones to check them out.

I have always had great experiences with this location. All of the staff are very friendly and kind. My son loves to talk about his daily activities and looks forward to attending each morning.

This has been a great daycare for the past couple years. Teacher turn over recently has been a little high though. Billing and CCCAP seem to be an issue

Great center, all of my children have grown up here. The center and people are great.

My son has been going here for a few months. There are times where I am very happy and other times I am left concerned and frustrated. They dont work with me if my son isnt there, so not only does that cost me a ton of extra money, they dont believe in charging you less. Other kindercares send you pictures of the kids and updates and this one doesnt. Overall I am 50/50 on it. If I find a better place for less, I would drop this one really quick. Hope they reconsider some of their policies.

Definitely a safe, clean, friendly, and healthy environment for your children.Staff is very friendly, professional, non-judgmental, and personable.I have been going to KinderCare since 2011 and they are by far best daycare for children.I love this location, teachers work with my kids and are very involved with their learning, safety, and needs. Brittany and Nashare always make an uncomfortable situation comfortable which makes concerns or questions very easy to have with them.This place is more than a daycare its another family for you and your kids. Highly recommend!

The staff is amazing I absolutely love ms.Kindra, ms. Chelsea and ms. Grisalda ❤️. The front office is always so sweet and willing to work with my schedule. My daughter has come a long way from when she started , she loves it here !

I basically have a child in every classroom. My children range from 11 months throughout 6 years old; four children. Each child is extremely happy with their class environment.As a mother who previously was a homeschooling and stay at home mommy I was hesitant to leave my children. This center made it easier for me to move into the next transition of our family life because of their excellent care. The teachers really care; the entire center works as a team. We have specific family needs at this time and they have been wonderful about meeting each one and communicating.Within a month of attending my 2 1/2 year old was potty trained. My 11 month old is recently standing and comfortable with every teacher in the center. Shes also mantaining a healthy diet here and eating schedule.There is progress in areas our transition had stumbling error. I see this as a place my children can grow, learn, and be safe. I highly recommend Kindercare on Vickers.

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE KinderCare from my sons teacher to the welcoming you get from everyone , my son on our way in says hello to other teachers and goodbye to everyone on the way out, he is always happy in the car on the drive home. He is only 2 and is very advanced for his age and loves learning , we constantly get art to take home. The management team makes it comfortable for me as well as my sons teachers they show care love and passion in him. My son is enrolled in the cooking classes each week along with soccer on Thursday. He loves showing and sharing what he has done for the day with me. Being a military family my son goes through a lot of change with his dad leaving and they always comfort him and help out with way to help him adjust and cope with the new changes we face. We love VICKERS!! I also work in the two year old room and wouldnt have it any other way, vickers is a home away from home for me and my family. I appreciate all my coworkers, Thank you for all you do for me and my family.

I left the facility due to family emergency with grandchildren. They have been sending bills..each one I responded to only to hear nothing. There were swipes from new equipment and it was NOT until August that Daniella informed me of swipes not taken. She told me CCAP would cover. I called CCAP and they said to much time had passed. I feel as though the communication between billing, CCAP and employees lacks tremendously. I paid my bills every month. I had to prove money orders and at the end of the day found 3 they said were not paid..I was credited but threw my hands up and just paid the rest. Theyve been double paid and Ill believe that forever. However I am now at collections for over 1200.00 when my copays was 289.00. So Ive yet to receive call back from collections and I am going through BBB as well as headquarters 02/11/2020. Things havent changed, they lie. Pretty disappointing in Brittany north location. Never had I had issues with staff, always billing. I will say that they lack in the area of being mature adults. You do NOT tell a potential family there are openings and when that potential family shows up, have director manager tell you Brittany misunderstood. Several callers placed calls to north location 2 days, 3 days and a week later were told there were openings for pre k and school age. This just reaffirms to me that we are not allowed to speak the truth without backlash from a business or staff. Desperation can make us do stupid things..one of those would be believing they have your children or grandchildrens best interest at heart. Its about the almighty dollar. With that being said if they were offering a free month Id walk away. Kindercare change your ways, there are other options and more coming due to the growth in El Paso County. Ive found a sure fit and Im actually glad were not itBeware to anyone looking integrity, this is not the place. Staff turnover speaks volumes in any setting. I know of numerous staff that have left due to management.
