I am currently enrolled in the online program and loving it! The course format online is ez to follow. Aaron, the director, is outstanding!! He is more than happy to meet in person, Zoom, phone or email to answer any questions and make the concepts crystal clear. If you’re looking into real estate classes to attend, this is the school! Aaron, Stacey, Darcy & Elizabeth are very knowledgeable, and fun! It’s a great environment, can’t forget to mention the endless supply of coffee!The online portal was so beneficial, great practice tests they have put together! Choosing this school was one of my best decisions yet!

Very grateful for the Real Estate College of Colorado. Having in person classes and numerous tools to use online was the best of both worlds. Excellent teachers, involved leadership, and interactive-sized classroom. I asked a lot of questions, and all were answered. Excited to say I passed my tests on the 1st try!

Excellent business. I enrolled but life took an unexpected turn and I unfortunately found myself requesting a refund. They were more than understanding and worked out a fair refund agreement with me. I would totally recommend the Real Estate College.

All three instructors were knowledgeable and animated -- memorable examples were given to demonstrate concepts and often included unforgettable body language. Email questions were answered thoroughly and promptly. Opportunities to meet appraisers, home inspectors, and brokers were provided throughout the course. The course prepared me well for the state exam.

Real Estate of College of Colorado was a great place to get ready for our broker exam. Aaron and his team took great care of the students and provided us with the right material and knowledge. The atmosphere in the school is amazing and Aaron makes studying and understanding of the theory fun and entertaining while caring about the high-quality of teaching. The audio and video presentations were very helpful while the practical knowledge shared by people from the industry added another layer to the course. All of the teachers are amazing: Aaron, Darcey, and Stacey. Aaron not only owns the school but teaches as well. I couldn’t ask for a better school. During class, the teachers often say, “I’ve seen this question on the test.” I feel prepared to take the exam as well!

I got my license at the RECC of Colorado 6 years ago and have been in the business ever since. Aaron is an amazing teacher! Id also like to point out that, to the best of my knowledge, RECC is the only permanent / dedicated pre-licensee classroom space in the city. It just shows Aarons dedication to what he is doing. I passed my first time through the exam because of the education I received, no doubt in my mind.
