Had good food and was all you can eat. However, it could use some more variety.

For a college dining hall the Roaring Fork serves good food with a variety of options per meal. Fresh salad always on hand as well as burgers and chicken breasts.

This is a good place to go if you are hungry; you pay the same amount no matter how much you eat so make sure you are ready to eat a lot. They have a wide variety of foods and it is good quality.

Food can be a bit inconsistently repaired, and stuff (e.g. the ice cream machine) is always needing to be prepared. They also sometimes mess up on listing all dietary restrictions.I like it a lot, though.
