Attending Apex College of Veterinary Technologys veterinary technician program has been one of the best decisions Ive made in my life. The staff here feel like family and they truly care about each individual student and will go above and beyond to ensure we all succeed. Class sizes are kept small to ensure each student gets the appropriate amount of learning opportunities. When making class schedules they do their absolute best to accommodate each students scheduling needs. Ive personally witnessed staff working on the schedule and going through every student, one by one, and talking about what would be best for each individual student every quarter. Their care and compassion for animals of all kinds is unmatched. They offer amazing field trip opportunities and have their own clinic that is open to the public with state of the art equipment where the opportunities for learning are endless. You will not walk into this school and walk out without learning something new and amazing!

My Puppa saw Dr. Webb. I feel he got great treatment. The doctor spent plenty of time with us to explain thoroughly, and together we came up with a good treatment plan for my fur baby.If you have the need and the opportunity, dont hesitate to bring your pet here. I am beyond pleased with the entire experience.

As someone who has worked at a college, it is clearly evident that Apex is a top-notch technical college. They value quality, have an outside accreditation, have a state of the art vet clinic onsite, keep small class sizes, and the plan of study is very manageable. My daughter is learning and experiencing so much there!

On October 10 my dog was in a scuffle with a deer. The deer pulled off all the skin on her leg. I took her to an er vet and then a regular vet and it cost me thousands of dollars I didnt have. We were letting her heal but bandage changed were 175 and i couldnt afford to have her bandages changed. I found apex and they were changing her bandages regularly for 35 and a small exam fee. Then she got infected between changes and they started seeing her more frequently. She needs surgery to cover the wound and Apex is using the surgery as a teaching opportunity for students. I wouldnt be able to afford a surgery otherwise. I am getting caught up on my bills and my best friend and family is getting the surgery she needs. I dont know what I would do without my girl. Thank you Apex College

I attended the 5 week Hands on Anesthesia CE with Kim Spelts and the experience was wonderful. Not only was Kim incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, Ramona, Dr. Steve, and Dr. Alex were all just as wonderful to work along side with. The CE was well worth the time and money. I got to utilize a variety of anesthetic protocols, use drugs Ive never used for the first time, perform a retrobulbar block, epidural, and run CRIs. With each day I gained a stronger skillset and I was able to take what I learned and apply it immediately. I am a more confident and safer anesthetist after attending this amazing learning opportunity. I highly recommend the Hands on Anesthesia CE to all CVTs no matter the skillset.
