My taby (not quite a baby...not yet a toddler) has been at Bright Start for a few weeks now, and they have been great so far! I love the app and getting updates and photos through the day. This was my tabys first experience in daycare, and she was anxious at first, but she has warmed up immensely!

We continue to be impressed with our experience at Bright Start Academy - West. The app and staff make it easy to feel in contact with your child, even when you have to be apart. Plus, they’re always doing fun activities with the kids! And date nights for the adults :) We are very happy with the team at BSA!

This company tried to steal money from me, it took almast 4 months to get my money back that I overpaid, way after we switched to a new provider. They would also hang up on me when I called! The app they used also showed me they continued attempting to sign my daughter in for months after we left, Im assuming to steal money from child subsidy... How can you trust your kids with dishonest, unprofessional, people you can even trust with a little money? Look at their responses to bad reviews too. So unprofessional...

We have both of our girls at Bright Start, starting with our first in 2016. They have been amazing to us! Our girls are so loved and cared for every day and have been in every class room. The staff is attentive and communicates often with us. I am obsessed with the app they use which allows me to get updates on my kids meals, naps etc. AND PICTURES throughout my workday.

We have been very happy with Bright Start Academy for the last two years. My daughter has learned so much and the staff has been wonderful. Several of her teachers have years of experience in child care, and plan such fun activities. I really appreciate the reliability of a center and knowing it is always open with qualified staff on a regular schedule. The facility is clean and I know my daughter is being well cared for each day. She takes good naps, has appropriate outside time when the weather is nice, and gets balanced meals and snacks. I can highly recommend Bright Start.

We have a 3 year old and 4 month old at the Bright Start Academy - West. Weve been happy with the care our children receive. The teachers seem to really care about our kids and our kids love them. The management has been responsive to any questions we have and have taken the time to get to know us. Wed recommend this center.

Bright Start Academy is a wonderful place to send your kids! They work with the kids in a way that is educational and fun at the same time so kids love going there while Im happy with the educational outcomes. Rather than just working with the kids as a whole, they work with them individually as well. I am amazed on a daily basis by all that our daughter has learned and I know they have her on the right track for getting ready for school here soon.Besides the educational piece, we had the goal of potty training our daughter at a younger age than usual. The teachers in the classroom worked with her on a daily basis and within less than a month, she was potty trained to use only panties during the day and at naps without being bribed with candy as a reward. Instead, they reward them with praise. As a Registered Dietitian and mom, this makes me very happy! Also, I love that they provide the kids with actual meals rather than junk. Sure, they have holiday parties every so often that have some sweets, but that is only once in a blue moon and they also provide healthy snacks at those events as well.On a personal note, I love that the teachers in the room communicate with the parents throughout the day so I know how long the kids slept at nap time, what they ate for lunch/snacks, and when my babys last bottle was so I can plan my evening before I even leave work! When my baby had a rash come on, I knew about it and how they treated it before I even left work to go pick her up at the end of the day. In other words, they really CARE for your kids and want you involved. Also, going back from maternity leave is hard enough, but the teachers in the room made it so much easier. On my first day back to work, they sent me a picture of my baby and told me how she was doing. It made my day!If you are looking for a daycare that truly cares about your childs education, health and social skills, this is a wonderful place. They treat you like family and so do the other parents, which makes a difference too.Thank you Bright Start Academy for all that you do!

Bright Start Academy West has been a great experience for our child. She has learned the basic skills she needs to succeed in Kindergarten and is challenged daily. She has had wonderful teachers who have guided her in learning to socialize appropriately with her peers at school. She LOVES going to school and that is what means the most. I absolutely recommend this pre-school.

My son went here and the woman Ellie is a horrible person to interact with. As well as the owners taking 80%+ of their employees money. I wish i could rate it lower. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ACCREDITATION! CROOKS RUN THIS BUSINESS
