My 3 year has been attending this facility for almost 3 months. She truly enjoyed her class and her primary teacher Ms.Jacasia!She is the absolute BEST! Unfortunately she’s been out and subs came in and things turned for the worst. My daughter started having accidents (she’s been fully potty trained since she’s been 2 yrs old)…. The first time it happened, a week ago, they sent her home in extra clothes but when it happened this week a sub teacher left her in her soiled clothing from 12pm that afternoon until 5 pm when she was picked up by my sister.NOT A SINGLE PERSON CONTACTED ME NOR HER EMERGENCY CONTACTS!THE URINE HAD DRIED ON HER! I was absolutely outraged and demanded to know who was her teacher that day but the facility refused to reveal that information to me! The lack of communication of notice of teachers being out is inexcusable. Why not give parents a choice of who is taking care of their children or at least give us a name of who they are? What if this was a critical emergency then what?PURE NEGLIGENCE!PARENTS BE ALERT!

My Granddaughters arm was discolated while enrolled. They would not take responsibility or pay medical bills.

The Sunshine House on Decker is great, the best thing they did was hire Ms. Crystal as the Director. There is always a warm welcome for the children and parents. With out hesitation I would recommend the Sunshine House on Decker to anyone who is looking for childcare.

This place is awesome, very professional the director is awesome, i would recommend. This place to anybody! When you drop your kids off and leave them the director makes you feel very good and confident about leaving them. If you have a problem you can always talk to her.

I love the Sunshine house. Mrs. Crystal is the best and does any and everything to assist. My children are truly loved by the staff

My daughter has just started attending this location and so far she loves being there. She has never really been active or talkative but now every new thing she learns she cant wait to tell her dad and I. With my own personal concerns or questions Ms.Tyniko has made sure I was comfortable talking to her and she has always looked out for my daughter and even called to check on her when she had to stay home sick. I am a very happy momma so far.

Love this daycare my daughter knows everyone’s name here and they all love her. Great and affordable clean environment.

As if the Sunshine House on Decker needed any improvement! Every morning from the front I am greeted with a smile and personal conversation from Jasmine and Crystal! Then as I enter the classroom the ladies (Rose, Tarraya, LaReese, Mrs. Gail, Savannah)ALWAYS make my children feel special with compliments and stay ready to help them transition to daycare life. I highly recommend Sunshine on Decker and hopefully your experience will match or exceed mines! Godbless you all!!

I absolutely love the safe, clean, & lovable environment here at Sunshine House on Decker Blvd. Nothing gives you more peace than knowing your child will be taken great care of while you have to work.

Some of the staff is really great with kids. They have gotten rid of the ones that arent.

I recommend you send your child here, if your looking for a clean, family oriented center for your child, where your child will grow and LEARN this is it. I love this particular daycare and the staff too.

This Sunshine house on Decker is Horrible! I picked my baby up early from school today, not only was she not in her assigned classroom but she was SOAKING WET! Nap time starts at 12pm and I didn’t get there until 1:45! Which means my daughter has been laying in her own urine for over an hour and the teacher had not checked any of the children! That is called NEGLECT!!!! I have spoken to the director Ms.Tyknico numerous times about my concerns with switching taking my daughter out of her class and yet my daughter always ends up in the classroom with children twice her size! This school is disgusting no one cleans the bathrooms and I have complained to corporate yet nothing was done. Ms.Tyknico could care less about the children’s well being and she is very rude after she gets you enrolled and takes your money. I have contacted state! If you love your children PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM THERE!

The Sunshine will unenroll your child without your knowledge. The are not properly staffed. My child attended this facility for 4 going on 5 years and they have been through several directors. The director and her assistant have attitudes.. more so her assistant. They also have a very nasty person in cooperate who some how makes decisions by pulling them out of a hat... cause when asked why she could not give reasons. She further more dismissed so many children from that facility , she could not remember who my child was. I dont recommend anyone to use them for their child care needs.

Sunshine House on Decker ROCKS!! Over 10 years ago, I had a horrific encounter with a daycare, which led me to believe that I would NEVER trust another daycare center with my children. Intially in August 2017, I heavily critiqued the staff and building and I am pleased to report in this review that from Ms. Tyniko Burrison -Ms.Shirley-Brandi K, Tarraya M, Rose to Ms.Reese( just to name a few) really have grown on me and I can say that I trust that they treat my son and daughter, as well as the other children at the center like a member of their families. It truly does take a village to raise children and I am proud to say Sunshine on Decker is a part of my village!- Godbless ~Renee
