I loved the online self paced classes here! Frankie has many stories that help put the rules and laws of real estate into a better perspective. He definitely kept me entertained throughout a course that could have been easily very boring. I was well equipped to take the Real Estate Exam and passed both portions on the first try. Although the class was filmed in (2018) the concepts are still very relevant and are things you will most likely see on your Real Estate Exam. I would highly recommend the unit 1 and unit 2 salesperson course. Study the material given and you will succeed with this school!

Flexible and accommodating. During a time of so much uncertainty, such business practices are greatly appreciated.

Frankies online video-based course is the way to go if you need a self paced flexible schedule. You get all of the information needed for testing but it is presented in a very interesting and entertaining way. I couldnt imagine just reading all of the information and trying to remember the important parts. Frankie also tells you about a lot of real world scenarios to drive the point home about what to do and what not to do. I highly recommend it!!!

I highly recommend the Real Estate School for Success. I took both Unit 1 and Unit 2 with Jacki Stone as my instructor. The thought of going back to school after 30+ years of not being in a class room was very overwhelming. Jacki put me at ease, was a wonderful teacher and very knowledgeable. I was able to pass the school exams and they held my hand through the process of background checks, LLR and state exams....WHICH I PASSED THE FIRST TIME.. Thank you so much and I will be back for continuing ED.

Joseph Griffins is an incredible teacher! He is very patient and makes sure you really understand and retain the information before moving to the next topic. He is a great communicator and is articulate and knowledgeable. Im so glad that I chose Real Estate School for Success! They truly do set you up to succeed so you can pass the tests! Ashley Jeffcoat, the office manager, is friendly, responsive, efficient, and easy to work with! She got me all the documents I needed for the class! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to get their real estate agent license!

The absolute worst school EVER. Do no recommend at all!! this school is all about money and has no patience for the students that attend class. HORRIBLE! The instructor calls his clients morons and idiots the entire time. so unprofessional for the money.

I completed the RE agent sales courses- first part with Joseph and part two with Jackie. Easily passed the PSI exam by just listening to the instructors and engaging if something was unclear.

The worst learning experience ever!!! If youre looking to learn to Pass your Exam I suggest you find another school...

Went here for Unit 2 and I wish I went here for Unit 1 as well (attended another school). Had Frankie as an instructor and would HIGHLY recommend him, simply the best! Can not say enough good things about this place and how much was learned. He teaches, and does not read the book word for word which is what I experienced in Unit 1. Take your classes here with no one but Frankie!

This is a really nice school. I enjoyed the classes so much. This class helps me the first step to know about the real estate. It teaches me to understand the test material. BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!! Frankie is the absolute best! he makes sure you understand the material before moving ANY further! he does not read from a book & provides an in depth powerpoint presentation during class for you to take notes with if you choose too! Frankie gives SEVERAL GREAT personal experiences related to the subject which is VERY helpful in understanding and actually retaining the information with real-life encounters. very interactive and engaged!

When a facility or school is able to not only find an instructor with knowledge and experience, but a genuineness to truly care about each student and their success to enter into the Real Estate profession; it speaks volumes!! The worst learning experience EVER. I dont know what other Property Management License schools are like but I know I would not recommend this school/instructor to anyone and am very upset my manager told me to come here having the same opinion. Although, if you just need the hours but not to actually learn/ obtain the required knowledge, this place is fine.

I recently attended this school and my wife attended exceed and the differences were unbelievable. There were things that her school didnt cover that this one did and the teaching structure was awesome and well detailed and kept me interested every step of the way I definitely recommend the school it is A1

Poor choice for real estate school. Its like it is designed to fail you so you can pay more $$ to keep you coming back.. Find another real estate school.
