Fantastic college! Enrolled a few months ago and with how it is set up I can get my degree in half the time it takes other colleges. The staff are wonderful and the college helps set up your classes to work around your schedule. Instructors are helpful when you need some help and if you are falling behind there are always tutoring courses. This college is the best choice I could have made.

I am a current student at Ecpi Columbia campus and I have all the best things to say about them. Staff is absolutely awesome and helpful. They have answered all the questions I had and were very upfront with everything. Classes are accelerated, 2 classes for 5 weeks and for the most part no unnecessary classes which means I will have my bachelor degree in 2.5 years. I am taking night classes which is great since I work full time job during the day. This cannot be more perfect for me. Instructors are very knowledgeable about the subjects they are teaching and are very helpful in every step of the way. I love that they care so much that if you are not in class or a falling behind they will call you and offer assistance and are willing to meet on a very flexible schedule. Working full time and being a full time student, on top of taking care of my children is a lot of time and effort and it can be hard. This school understands that and as long as I communicate with my instructors they have helped me so far in every step of the way.

I just got my Associates degree and I am currently working on my Bachelors degree. Every instructor is qualified and willing to work with students both during and after class. I am having an amazing experience and encourage all who seek a higher education to look into ECPI.

Save yourself money, honestly. Do your research, dont make the same mistake as I did because now I wish I didnt listen to the admissions officer who lied to me and only saw me as a pay check. So stay far away.

Rip offs!!! Please research especially about the financial part!!! Some teachers are there only for a check ask for help and have an attitude or didnt want to get up to help or teach. I wish i remembered her name but she was a math teacher rude!!! Dont get me wrong there were a few good teachers who loved thier job and to help or teach. They took all my grants, loans, amd wanted to charge me money out of pocket every month. They didnt tell me that until i started and wanted me to sign some papers.

This is nothing but a greedy FOR PROFIT school. I am still paying off a student loan for this place and they did not give quality education. Thank god I only have $7,000 left to pay off. I had to drop out because i didnt want to be $30,000 in debt. This school is a joke. They try to hide the fact that they are giving out APPLIED ASSOCIATES degrees meaning you cannot take this degree and transfer to a 4yr college. They barely even had books in there library until someone reported them to SACS and they scrambled around last minute to buy books and new furniture for the empty library in fear that it would be discovered that they were not really an accredited school after all. Professors would come and go and we would be stuck on a particular chapter for weeks. Mind you each class was only 4 weeks long because it is an accelerated learning school so you would basically have learned nothing from that class but still have to pay for it. It has been some years since Ive seen this place but i would definitely warn others to stay away. I cannot believe this campus is still open. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! They make it easier for you to sign up and promise you job placement but many of my fellow colleagues could not pass the exam for medical assisting and sadly now they are 20-30,000 in debt and working at McDonalds. If you are reading this try your luck at a different technical college. Find one that is actually accredited or just go to Midlands Tech or other 4yr colleges nearby. Good luck.

In regards to the comment above mine is as follows, was your comment based on your own personal experience in this particular school (building) or is it a research you did on the university itself, meaning any ECPI Universities? Reason i ask is i went to ECPI University but the one on Greenville,SC which was almost 2 hours away from where I live so about 4 hours of daily commute. However, this daily commute was very worth it. The school has all the resources a student might need and more. the faculty is an incredible role model for the past present and future students. Theyre not only there when scheduled but they go above and beyond to help the students succeed and be the best in their chosen profession. I highly recommend this school to anyone prepared to take this challenge on achieving their goals in a accelerated pace.

Pushing ppl away before they even start school here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TOO. They do not transfer credits if they think they can make money off of you by requiring you to retake them. After calling ECPI corp. they told me they are supposed to transfer credits but its under the discretion of the school which in other words means: Some get priority and if they think they can convince you that you are required to they will to make money off of you. I would not suggest this I would not suggest this for nursing specifically. You will not have the education you need to care for patients because the classes are only 5 weeks. The advisers are all nice but not educated. After doing some digging around I found out Midlands tech has a better LPN program with better opportunities for employment.(most employers do not want to hire LPNs who graduate through ECPI because they know that they lack the basic skills needed.) I would suggest to someone who has an academic issue with Midlands or others and just wants to finish the program. Also another odd thing I was told is that credits transfer for other programs but not the one I wanted. They wouldnt take my ATI scores which were within the 3 years that they are still good which means they wanted me to retake the ATI test but the company ATI has a rule against taking the test more then 2 times in a year which I had already done. They pretty much told me to take it anyway against ATIs rules but by that time I has realized they did not have the knowledge as advisers or education quality that they portray I was on my way out the door. They easy way isnt always the best so please stay away from these people.
