I went here from k-5 rude teacher in 3rd grade same with 2nd and 5th

This school is a pretty nice school i like some of the teachers there and i had a-lot of friends there but teachers are really harsh but i made lots of memorys and every day was fun/funny

I went there from k-3 and the teachers were absolutely rude. My third grade teacher literally yelled in my face until I startetd crying and was shaking in fear when my dad came up to the school to talk about what had happened. It was so funny to watch him shake and stutter because he was scared of my dad andnever yelled at me like that again.💀 I definitely would not recommend going to this school... I had the worst experience and my body fills with cringe ever time that jail pops up in my head...

Great teachers, awesome learning experiences, students are being taught to enter the world as good people.

One of the best public chartered elementary school. If any one can meet with teachers, parents, students and admin of this school will have same idea. I did so.

Just dont go the food is nasty the teachers are mean I used to go know I go to Kipp I recommend you dont go to horizon and go to Kipp I guess

This school caters alot to the huge Somali population. Just remember that. The things I have seen and heard some of the Somali kids do and say would have gotten my child kicked out of school. The administration staff is always changing. You have to speak to five different people before even speaking to the principal. If you get her on the phone you might be lucky. If your kid is harrased by another kid the response is well we will investigate it and get back with you yet they have all of the strict rules about harrassment and anti bullying. How long is an investigation? Why is this acceptable? When do the parents of the kids involved to meet face? Hell where is whomever is in charge of the school at? Its a mystery. I have definitely learned my lesson about charter. I would have been better off sending my child to a public school. Unless you want run around and indirectness I dont recommend sending your child here.

This place is funny and harsh but mostly fun so ithink your kids should go here

Back when I went here i was mentally abused by all of the students and the teachers didnt care unless I said something back then I had to talk to the principal twice a day. So I am glad am out of here.

I hate this school the food tastes horrible and every child I know curses or says something inappropriate for example 4A mohammad ali he says random stuff interrupts orange table and outdoor recess is a time where half the people are fighting while the other half watches the students beat each other up and get mad.

Worst school ever and even got 3.9 i think anyway they was fly in the food we have to eat and play in the cafeteria eww. I used to go there then i left you should never bring your kids here.

So tired of USA schools controlling US History content and brainwashing our society with untruths starting with our children. US history should be completely removed from all school curriculums from preschool to high school just like prayer was removed, gym and recess were removed, band and music were removed, foreign language removed. Three things no parent should ever be forced to use their hard earned taxes to pay for in schools k-12. 1) Armed security 2) school counselors 3) American or US History. For #3 You lie to our children saying that English Settlers, European Settlers were kind? You dont teach them the definition of colonization? If they were kind what were their reasons for bringing Small Pocks on blankets and infecting and native Americans? Giving the native Americans wine laced with poison? Killing all the Water Buffalo and confiscating the remaining heard? Forcing all native Americans to be removed from their home lands ie The Trail of Tears? Why did they bring Slavery here for 500 years after that? Kind Settlers? A mutual agreement was made? Uncoerced? Unforced? HA!! Thats ok there are parents that WILL teach their children the truth no matter how young they are. This country MUST ONCE AND FOR ALL REMOVE THIS SLANTED, BIASED HISTORY SO THE TRUTH CAN BE REALIZED ABOUT THIS COUNTRY WORLDWIDE.
