After one private session, Im hooked. This studio is clean, professional and my instructor was amazing. This is going to be a fun way to get in shape and feel confident again after having kids. Cant wait til my next class!

Studio Rouge is literally my home away from home. I started taking classes here several years ago after going to a few other studios and I found Studio Rouge to be welcoming, professional, fun, and altogether wonderful place to be. In addition to the high-quality teaching, Ive always felt safe at Studio Rouge. Its a fantastic place to get a workout while finding amazing and supportive friends. I cannot recommend Studio Rouge enough; try a class and bring a friend!

I went as part of a bachelorette party and did a beginners aerial silk class. It was soooooouch fun! You know its going to be good when you start off class getting fake stripper names. The instructor was really great at explaining and helping us through the basics and poses. Do be warned that this is a workout especially for your upper body. You will be sore the next day of you dont regularly workout but its not unbearable especially if you stretch it out.

Studio Rouge is amazing. They have a killer first time deal, and I felt like I belonged after my first class. The small class sizes and flexible teaching style mean that the instructors get to know each student individually and provide them with the instruction they need to improve and get stronger. The camaraderie there is beautiful, and class is just plain fun!

This studio is AMAZING! It is probably one of the most supportive environments I have ever been in especially for women. Not only are the instructors fantastic, skilled, and accommodating, the other students are supportive. I recommend everyone gives these classes a chance they are truly for all different skill/fitness levels. It is one of the most fun ways to get exercise, feel comfortable in your own skin and feel empowered.

This place is amazing! You know that feeling you would get as a little kid when you did something awesome? (Like look at me, mom!) This place will give you that, but in adult form. The instructors are really encouraging, and the classes start at the very basic beginner level, which makes it so easy to learn. Ive tried pole, hoop, and aerial silks. I promise you will not be disappointed with any of them!

I always have a good experience at this studio. The instructors are great--super knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. The other students are great too! Its been awesome to learn and feel myself get stronger in such an awesome community.

Amazingly supportive community with outstanding instructors who focus on making pole/aerial safe and fun. Both newbies and experienced aerialists are welcomed and there is a class to challenge every level of student. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I took an intro to pole class today and had a great time. The instructor had amazing energy and was pumping up the class. I really appreciate that she took the time to really help each student and get to know our names.It was quite a workout and seriously had so much fun! And I can’t wait to get back and take more classes at their studio :)

I planned a bachelorette party this past weekend, and we started the night off here. It was so much fun! The instructor was great - made us comfortable, broke things down to our beginners pace, and made the class that much more enjoyable and fun. Not to mention its a great and fun workout. I highly recommended this studio - they were phenomenal.

I am not from Columbus, but when I travel for business, I like to visit the local pole studios in the area. I have visited many studios and Studio Rouge is one of my top favorites. I was instantly welcomed there and felt right at home with the other students and instructors. A very warm and welcoming studio with brilliantly talented staff.

The environment is comfortable. Our instructor was funny and very knowledgeable. Great workout and a lot can be learned especially for just a beginner class.

It can be scary trying something new, but everyone here (staff and students) has always been very kind and encouraging.
