You know as far as grade schools go this is a very nice one probably newer it certainly looks that way.If you ever go here are your kids go to school here you’re lucky because this place really is extremely nice

If you want to destroy your childs confidence in their ability to learn, send them here. Dont get me wrong, there are several fabulous fabulous teachers there and they work hard and are very patient. Having gone through several educators programs I learned you never single a child out and publicly humiliate them nor state out loud a students shortcomings in front of their peers then lie to parents faces you had done nothing of the sort. Im the first one to ensure my child is behaving in a civilized manner. My child went from loving school to hating it, crying and begging me to stay home. I knew something was off but could never pinpoint the source of my kids anxiety. Then I found out from another parent who witnessed my childs teachercondescendingly tell my kid in front of the class that my kid wasnt to get up from the lunch table andbecause they did (to throw a milk carton away) they were on detention for recess, then added, what are you gonna do, go tell your mom and dad that I had to discipline you because you made a bad choice again!. I fully support school administrators/educators disciplining my child if they are disrespecting or bullying or misbehaving; but to call out my kid publicly after we had previously asked the teacher to modify her style of discipline because it was crushing our kids spirit, well thats retribution to me. Teachers have a tough job and I commend them on their patience and desire to work with our children. This wasnt the first teacher there who practiced belittling the kids. Supposed to be a Dublin school but it needs serious work and oversight. Like I said, there were wonderful people there and several bad apples, just not worth your childs confidence to maybe get stuck in a classroom with one of the bad teachers. Ive heard this from other parents about these same teachers, and then there are other parents in different classrooms that have had wonderful experiences. It just seems their bad teachers, are really negative and mean, not just poor at teaching.
